Purchased an emerald in 2022 from GemsNY in 2022 and had a platinum setting made. After only 2 months of wear the baguette diamond fell out of one side. And of course was not covered under their warranty as they say they only cover the setting. Spent several hundred dollars sending it back, and had to pay to replace the diamond as I did not want to make an insurance claim so soon. It is now April and the other diamond is loose and about to fall out of setting. Luckily she noticed before it fell out. Do not waste your money with this company. Their customer service is great when you are purchasing but horrendous thereafter. Beautiful ring but horrible quality setting and no effort from this company to remedy.

As we strive for 100% satisfaction, I see the team has also offered to provide a full refund on the setting to keep you happy. Please note that this ring was purchased in 2021 and you contacted us a year later in 2022 about a lost diamond. We did inspect the ring and did not find any structural issue. However, we did agree to replace the stone at our cost and there was no charge for resetting the gem or the ring polish. You were very happy with the outcome at the time.
