I wanted to take the time to write to you and let you know that perseverance and listening to experience (like interviewsuccessformula.com), finally does pay off. I was in semiconductors for over 35 years (all I knew since finishing my service in the US Navy), and after leading and completing a series of massive globalization projects (fancy term for moving production to Asia), I came to realize that I had worked myself out of a job (29 years with my now ex-employer). I found myself stupefied and in a fog (realizing it had been decades since I found myself looking for employment), and also being just shy of 57 years old. I started utilizing resources I found on-line, and quickly realized how unpolished and outdated my skills were. I was scheduled for my first interview just days before I found their course (Interview for Success). I glanced over it and tried to pick up some quick pointers. Afterwards, realizing I interviewed terribly (I used to be the interviewer), I dived deeper into your course. Over time, I have continued to read their newsletters loyally, have attended their colleagues seminars and classes (utilizing several), and all the time "crafting" my story to tell. Now 2 1/2 years later (with all of this training and help), I have accepted an offer as a Plant Manager in a technical company. I am now 59, surviving COVID, and what a great way to start off the new year.
