“Not getting paid”

I am a small merchant. I last sold services using Authorize.net on 8/31/23. Today is 9/8/23.9 days. I have not been paid yet despite multiple calls. Have I been scammed? Not sure. But I can't wait 9 days for payment after I do the work.
