Absolutely terrible, or should I say, non-existent customer service! My husband bought me a ring well over a month ago. My birthday is long gone, and I still have no ring, and no information as to it's whereabouts. The last several mails have gone unanswered, and no tracking information was provided. It was promised, but not provided. I am very disappointed, and have asked my husband to just request a refund, as this is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
