Worst customer service ever
Item delivered (tub of protein powder) by Evri damaged (by dropping into my garden onto a path). Contacted BBW and relatively easy to return and get a replacement. But replacement was the same damaged item in a new box. Now can't get a reply from BBW through phone, email, Facebook messenger or Twitter. Been trying for 4 days now.
Tip for consumers: I paid for 12 months next day delivery. Delivery was through Evri, which says it all really. Where my problem started.
