I wish Verizon would use someone else. This has been the biggest headache of my life. They messed up my phone claim, sent the wrong phone, then argued with me about reading a verification code off of my broken phone. Now I have to pay another $100 and hope that I get refunded for my first $100 in the first place. Instead of fixing it, now we have to wait 24 hours before the claim would even be approved.
