For whatever reason I did not receive the discount that had been queued in prior to hitting the purchase button. Was able to resolve this with a phone call to customer service. Thank you. I have been using Blinds.com for almost two decades for rental and personal properties. I am grateful they did not disappoint me on this issue.
Hi Teresa, so sorry for this as I can see our Customer Service team was able to apply the promo code post-sale for you! The codes are left unapplied in the cart in case you have others to choose from, as a maximum 2 can be stacked together, but if you end up using the website promo codes they just require a click of a button to apply.
