Last night I tried installing XNSPY for my daughter's Iphone. It was not working so this morning I reached out to their support. They responded by stating it no longer works on Iphone's and they don't know when it will. I requested a refund and they refused to refund me 100%. I suggest running far and fast from a company who does business like this. For Transparency, here is my chat response with their rep.

Why, I have not used it at all. Your website is listed with IPhone all over it. If you don't work with Iphones, you should remove that from your site.

Well I think a reputable company then should refund 100% if the product does not work. Please do this or I will reach out to my card company and issue a claim.
You have your right to do but we have to follow our policy and full refund is not the option
Well, then I will reach out to them but will also leave a 1 star review. Your Trust Pilot score is already down to a 2.7 star and lower reviews will kill your business so I can't understand why your management insists on not refunding until your product is fixed.
