“Presentation A Mess”

A Christmas GiFT. A dozen chocolate covered strawberries with decorative as snowmen.
The chocolate wasn't dipped or attached to strawberries. Couldn't tell they were decorative at all. Taste was just 'okay'. Needing to eat with spoon to scoop chocolate & strawberry. Recipient felt bad for me, so no picture. I've ordered many times with this being first issue. Will still order again and be sure to get pictures!
