Totally SCAM! It's unbelievable, they charged $150 from my account first and asked for Bank Statement to refund the rest of my $1837. First, they denied my statement and asked for an alternative one. I made a new bank account just to provide them with the alternative statement. After sending the new statement they said the refund request is denied and they can't refund me or provide any more information about it! Can you believe it? If you think I am lying, I can give you screenshots of everything. They have the right to terminate my account but they have no right to take my hard-earned money. Please use other payment processors but not Neteller.
Tip for consumers:
They can close your account anytime and never refund your money. They will say you have violated their terms and take all your money. Please use other payment processors. Once Neteller was good but they are completely scamming now.
Products used:
I used Neteller payment processor and lost 1937 USD which is a huge amount for me.
