Really disappointed from doteasy services,
My domain was shalimarfood.ca registered with dosteasy,
My client don't want to renew the domain, i turned off auto renew,
Then i email email received "Auto-renew is disabled and this will expire unless manually renewed by you."
I ignore that email, because i don't want to renew the domain,
The suddenly coercively they charged from my account, and renew the domain,
I contact support regarding their blunder, they said they will never give me refund,
Very disappointing from doteasy
