I reached out to their support team to let them know there was a mistake when placing the order. They agreed to give me a refund. I have reached out plenty of times because the refund never hit my account. Their representatives keep saying that it was refunded (every email they mention a different refund date), but my bank shows it was withdrawn from my account at a date later than mentioned. They keep giving me the run around and I don't know who else to contact.
