Hi... We are 60yrs old and my wife and I were wondering what would be your best recommendation if we were to purchased a casket in advance and placed it in a safe climated storage facility, or at our home (Protectively sealed) until casket is actually needed for use? My wife and I can not afford 2 caskets at this time, but would like to "Preplanned" having at least one in the event of one of us passing away first?
Basically warehousing it ourselves...
We are interested in your African Padauk Veneer 18 gauge and was wondering what is the approximates estimate of its shipping CONTAINER dimensions for proper fitment through our residential door entrance?

Price shop online for the casket you want. Then approach the funeral home that you have chosen and ask them if they will match the price. Funeral homes are already making money on the funeral services and they hate internet competition. In my case they matched the price and I even avoided the shipping costs.
