I am considering getting pro version of Drivereasy. But first I need a phone number, email address and contact of someone (CSR, or big kahuina of the company) who will be prompt and not dodgy about giving refund if software does not solve my problem as advertised. So the answer you give me will decide whether I buy or not

Hi, Shaw. Please be assure that we are running a legitimate business, and the 30-day refund guarantee is valid in our company. The problem that Josher had was because of our fault that we didn't send him an informing email telling him that the refund process was fulfilled in Jan. 29 and it would take about 7 working days for the money to be refunded to his account. So the problem lied in that there was not enough communication between us. We have been improving our services so as to provide a pleasant user experience to our users, be them users of the free version or the professional version.
