I would say that you get out of it what you put in. What hubspot is not: A tool that does internet marketing for you on auto pilot. What hubspot is: A set of tools that allow you to manage all of your internet marketing efforts in one place. Like any toolset in the field, if you aren't prepared to work towards marketing your site - hubspot won't do it for you :)

I would really like to hear from anyone who as anything positive or negative to say about Hubspot. They certainly promise the world, but do they deliver? Had a couple of bad experiences in the past being sucked in by hype and can't afford another!

Simple answer. It is a scam! The entire system is a trap. Do not signup what ever you do. You will regret it

I must be bored...

Well I am not impressed with HubSpot before ever using them. I dont think I will. I am very suspicious of most internet marketing firms.

I have been burned in the past so I do a short background check before signing up for most sites. BBB is a good start. Search engines have all sorts of company information including engineered reviews by individuals put to the the companies in return for Cudos. Is advertising linked to politics? Yo betcha!

I was looking for email marketing sources on line when I came accross HubSpot. So I clicked and looked. I was impressed but that pain in my gut told me something stinks. Before signing away my life I searched the internet for reviews.

BBB of Boston has resolved most HubSpot complaints because because the petitioners failed to respond at the BBB's review. How many people just took their losses and gave up? All complaints are viable until you opt out.

Hubspot has their own pie graph showing complaints and resolutions. Their pie graph is split down the middle with complaints vs. resolutons 50/50. Failure to respond when your complaint is reviewed constitutes resolution in favor of the company.

A lot of internet marketing companies gain rating because clients who have filed complaints opt out. It proves that the company was prompt in resolving the matter. That gives the site rating points.

I read pro-HubSpot reviews on Bings search engine., I was suspicious about the reviews that looked to crisp, engineered and scripted opposed to those written with complaints?

Some of the pro-HubSpot reviews on Bing begin with a negative teaser review that morphs into the pro-HubSpot promotion including a gateway to sign-up.

Often a person enrolled in an affiliate program will write a review that entices a sign up with the "just-so" onvenient gateway company. With each sign-up the affiliate makes a commission per sale.

HubSpot? I imagine some thoughtful person launched the program with good intentions? When ones sights are lofty, one may lose perspective on the lower planes. I feel HubSpot should specify their fee structure before prompting for an email address and sign-up.

Perhaps corporations sneeze a loss here and there but small business owners have a lot at risk with a fixed advertising budget.

Everytime you sign-up for anything with an email address it is used for marketing according to your known profile. Sometimes marketers ask for an email before the details. When you opt out of their presentation they still have the email address you willfully provided to them.

Unfortunately HubSpot has a lot of bad PR I found on internet search engines (Bing). Why was there so much negativity about HubSpot found in approx 1 hour looking them up on Bing? I dont know? All the static and bad vibes made me not sign up.

I have been enticed by fancy looking websites with all that important loking fluff and stuff. They show us all kinds of ridiculous looking incoherent graphs that absolutely have nothing to do with our businesses.

My opinion is that those statistics represent major corporationswith holdings and a board of directors. I am not in the same financial bracket as Best Buy, Sears, Amazon, Ebay, or all those others with endless money for marketing. I'm just... with heart and soul, sweat, tears and hidious long hours of work put into my book store web site and other enterprises untilI collapse 16 hours later. I don't hang around a plush office and putt balls into a cup all day, yawn and go home.

Finding promotions that work becomes a problem. How many times have you scoured the internet and signed up to marketing companies that assure you they are the cats meow?

I try not to think of the monetary loss from small marketing expenses because it would make me throw up. Who can help but think of the monetary loss? Ouch!

Should we pay Trillion dollar marketing executives to care about small business schmucks? They don't care if I eat fundogs and pork and beans tonight. Not their problem... or is it? If they don't carry through and generate traffic for me how can I give them money for their next fling in Paris?

Don't you think?...

Small Business Marketing should be run by small business for small business.

Never vote for a bilionaire because he cant see you from his speeding jet.

Small Business using corporate strategies is as slow as an ox cart from China to thine humble abode.

Give me for another stomache pill.

Brian

Im sure that big marketing companies would shine Donald Trumps shoes while they would just spit on my sneakers.
