My order from Aug. 7 was canceled. I've been promised a refund that never arrives. I am DONE ordering from Joann.com .. Please provide my refund.

Joann online are thieves and liars. We all need to get together to file a class action lawsuit against them for charging customers twice for the same order and then shipping wrong merchandise. This isn't an innocent mistake... it is planned. The only way to stop them is via a class action lawsuit.

This is not the place to ask joann's for a refund. If you are persistent enough and don't give up you might get one from joann.com. Good luck!
