I too was scammed for $ 100. There is a routine procedure to recover the money collected by credit card. All banks know this procedure is slow. I'm still waiting for the last three months. This procedure has a name I do not remember being in English (my language is Spanish). I apologize for my grammar, I use an online translator and does not play well my thoughts.
I remember that the correct name is Charge Back

People off!. People order stuff from there (WEB-SITE), THERE CREDIT CARD GETS CHARGED
RIGHT AWAY, BUT DON'T GET THERE ORDER'S, CALLING THERE PHONE NUMBER
