I like to buy Fabfitfun giftcards for my Goddaughter at Christmas time so that she can receive fun boxes throughout the year...and she has loved all the excellent.high quality items she has received! The customer service with this company is the best I've experienced while buying gifts online! Shout out to Angel for being so kind and patient while helping me get the details of one particular giftcard sorted out! Would definitely recommend!
Made the mistake of signing up for an annual subscription because of an Amex offer. Offer included $200 of bonus merchandise to sign up which in all actuality was worth less than the $5 grab bags that I used to buy at Spencer's as a kid( a pineapple ice cube tray, a plastic beach bag, a plastic pitcher, a travel mug & a pair of thigh high acrylic socks). All of the "bonus items" went straight in to the trash can. Way too much packaging and not quality items. Unfortunately, since I signed up for an annual subscription I am stuck with three more boxes whether I want them or not. Wondering if Amex can do anything for me to get out of this.

FabFitFun has the very best assortment of high quality products in their subscription box every season. But, even better, are super attentive customer service reps who listen and understand if there is any sort of issue with a box or subscription. They always go above and beyond to resolve any issue. And, it's easy to get in touch with those who need to help. FFF really is the best.

This company is unethical and the way their website is set up seems illegal. Does not tell you a total at checkout. I made for certain I clicked one box and the next day I received an email that I was registered for annual and was being charged! When I went into complain they first made it seem like there was nothing they could do even though I was certain I didn't order an annual box. In the end they did cancel but it was ONLY after I stated it was fraud and I didn't authorize the charges. I looked up reviews just now on the better business bureau and saw similar reviews with some fake seeming 5 stars pushing the 1 star ones down —- I have ordered 2 boxes in the past and had no issues but after this I would never go to this site again. Buyer beware.
Tip for consumers:
They state no refunds but I did get a partial refund when I stated it was fraud. If they didn’t I would have disputed the chagres with my credit card. They actually charged me $390 and only refunded me $370 so I lost $20 over their shady site.

Did not receive confirmation of customization, missed complete window to customize my box. Little to nothing was left, and I am an annual member so I was super upset and disappointed. The representative went above and beyond to make sure to resolve the situation and hopefully now that I am subscribed to the calendar I won't miss another customization window. Great customer service.

My FFF membership makes me so happy! I'm an annual member, 3yrs now, so I get first dibs on customization. I've not had any issues with any products (other than I order too much). Great job FFF for giving this simple girl a chance at fancy!

Don't have an issue. Usually all stuff comes in quickly (wished it was fewer boxes, I'd wait too!) I have been All Acess for about three years now and during that time only had one issue that was never resolved. I like the early access and ability to choose my items in each seasonal box. High quality items at very reasonable prices. Would recommend as a holiday gift to yourself to get All Acess.

Worst ever my family bought me for Christmas in November now almost March never received and they tried charging for Spring box WTH they are awful and promise over and over on its way. Don't waste your money it will never get there.

My boxes are always full of fun surprises. If for some reason I cannot use something myself the items always make great gifts! I have contacted customer service 3 times for different reasons and they are always helpful and understanding. Great company!

I just realized over the last few days I had not received my Spring box. After checking my credit account I saw my payment transaction had gone through so I checked back in my emails for my tracking details, something I don't normally track as my box has always arrived with no issues over the years that I have been a member. Upon checking the tracking details I saw that it had been marked delivered 3 weeks ago. I admit I was reluctant to contact the team at FabFitFun as I truly did not think they would be very helpful since the tracking record did show delivery. My team contact person Tyler was terrific from the very start of our chat he was professional and helpful asked me some questions and was very apologetic that my box had not arrived safely, my chat was a good experience and I am very happy with the outcome. I loved FFF for the first couple of boxes. The last two are really disappointing. And let me say, the bundle with combs, really cheap lash curler and and really dry chap stick? Awful. I am going to try one more box and if it does not improve, I will cancel.

I received my winter box on 11-14 and to my surprise I had gotten a wrong product. I got the salt/pepper grinder instead of the Sherpa blanket. The rep tried to give me a $20 credit but I insisted I wanted the blanket, the one item I was excited about. She said she processed the correct item and it should ship in 5 days. We will see. If not I will be upset, Im an annual member so I can pick everything in my box..

I've been a subscriber since I received my first box at CES 2017. I'm appalled by the heteronormativity of the promotional email I just received for a Valentine's Day gift for HIM. In today's environment, retailers must know better and do better! Inclusivity is key. You just lost yourselves a longtime customer.

Whenever I have any issues with my shipments, FFF has always always made it right. I will remain a loyal subscriber because of this and the variety of products I can try for a very low introductory price. Things I may never know about or think to try. I have found some wonderful products this way. The customers service is the best that I have had to deal with.

I was catagorized as a "seasonal" subscriber instead of an "annual" subscriber. My attemp(s)to correct my membership to a fully prepaid "Annual" membership brought more confusion to the situation. Ultimately, I was issued a credit and when I used it... my credit card was erroneously charged. Its seems there was no easy way to correct the misidentification. Ultimately, my credit card was refunded but the damage was done. I lost trust in this company.
