I order 4 products of simple photos to be Glass photos. I received 1 decent photo. The other 3 are pure trash. To make matters worse, after four emails requesting assistance, no one has replied. I will be disputing the charge and sending back the garbage they sent me via certified mail. The BBB will be contacted as well as anyone else that will listen. All they had to do was reply with instructions on how to return the items. That was it! No one is too busy to return a simply email request. This action alone says more than anything I can write about the company's core valves.

I just received the most beautiful Fracture photos on glass. They are so sharp in detail and absolutely gorgeous! What an unique gift this will make for my son. If you've ever wondered what to order for someone, this is it! Also, it only took five days from the time I put in the order for them to arrive. I ordered a fracture print for my buyers of one of the listing photos of the house they bought. I gave the gift and my buyers were so happy that they cried. They thanked me so much for it and said it was the most beautiful gift. I ordered it on Wednesday and got it on Friday… amazing service!
My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.

It was way too much money. And to end up with the blurry photo on top of it is terrible. They obviously didn't look at it. If they would have just not zoomed in so close it would not have been blurry. Definitely not worth the money. Totally disappointed.

Picture looked great. Sent this as a gift and paid the extra 3 bucks for a stand. Went to our friend's house last night. Picture was displayed on their buffet with a clear plastic stand that they bought for $0.88 at a local dollar store. Still waiting for my $3.00 refund for the stand that Fractureme never sent along with the picture. It's in the small details folks. So annoying.
My wife and I have ordered fractured glass photos on 3 separate occasions for Christmas gifs for friends, family and ourselves and all were very pleased with the gifts. On my last order, due to my mistake, I reached out to the service center for order status and was immediately contacted by Shanmoye, who provided me my order status, which was received the same day. Even with the Christmas holidays and rush, we received our pictures within a week or less after ordering with no issues. All pictures came carefully packaged with no issues. All phases in the ordering process was flawless. Highly recommend and will use again.

Customer Service (Jessica) did an amazing job after the USPS lost my shipment and these were purchased as a gift for father's day. I emailed customer service on Thursday and Jessica responded right away that they would re-print and send Friday and have it delivered on Saturday via UPS. I got them on Saturday as promised right in time for Father's day! Thank you Jessica, you are awesome!

My granddaughter, now 7 years old and in second grade, does a journal for a class assignment to be sent home at the mid-year and again at year-end. Her teacher sent her journal home to my daughter, her mother a little early. Her teacher thought it was important for her family to see what Zariah had written in her journal on that day. My daughter showed it to Wendy, Shannon's mother. His mother is still struggling with his death. Lindsay, my daughter, wanted to somehow give that note from Zariah's journal to Wendy. So I asked her to get a picture of the page from the journal and send it to me, but it had already been returned to the school teacher. Lindsay asked the teacher to send us a picture and I submitted to Fractureme.com for printing. The next day Lindsay got a better picture from Zariah's teacher. That's when I began creating the problem that Falen helped me solve. Thanks to Falen we are now expecting to get the glass picture for my granddaughter to give to Grandmother Wendy for Christmas! Thank you all at Fracture too. We all hope this will help Wendy. I know its things like this that help my 7 year old granddaughter feel better!

I loved it until this Christmas. I wrapped it in soft cloth to put it away while I had all my Christmas decorations out. When I got it back out to put it on the shelf, the picture had chipped away in the back. The glass was fine but the picture was chipping and peeling off. Not sure why it happened. I kept it in a cool, dry place and kept it protected.

These are beautiful and high-quality prints. They stand out in my family room. Furthermore, Fracture really means when they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. I ordered a large print and a small one, and both were received with the wrong aspect ratio. On the large one, I took for granted that the whole photo was going to be printed, but because the aspect ratio of the printed photo was different, it was cropped and I didn't notice it in the photo they show in their web site. I contacted customer service and they told me to upload the photos with the correct aspect ratio, and cropped the way I wanted. In no time, they printed both photos again for free, and didn't even charge me for S&H. In the past several years, when customer support has steadily deteriorated everywhere, it is nice and surprising to see a company that still cares about customer satisfaction. I will order again and recommend to everyone.

I was really excited to get my print but bummed out when it arrived. Everywhere on your site says it's GLASS. There is no way this is actually glass. I found on your ABOUT page that it is soda-lime glass. And after googling that I was satisfied it wouldn't be acrylic or plexiglass. I ordered the extra large and upon delivery I knew immediately something was off when the package was so light. This is definitely plexiglass or something close to it. It is weird that no other review I can find mentioned this. Did I just get screwed or is everyone else just satisfied with the fact it's not really glass?

I love my fracture glass print! Initially the first order I received was slightly off as the image I had was important for all edges to be seen. They promptly asked for photos of the edges and re-printed it and it's now perfect and amazing! If you have a print that you need every pixel to be displayed be sure to reach out to them first before ordering so they can help. Or add a pixel buffer on all edges. The quality of the print is just simply amazing. Thanks!

I was really excited to get some pictures done as presents for Christmas until I received the box. There were 3 pictures of various sizes and it was like a child had packed the box. There is no bubble wrap or secure packaging. Both smaller pics have broken pieces as they were not secured. This company makes it impossible to get in touch with them. I will never buy from them again. I have 2 broken presents and it could have so easily been avoided if they really cared about their packaging. No phone number to contact the company, you have to dig for a way to contact them. Sketchy

I was looking for a gift idea and friend recommended this web site. They offer easy upload of photos and print them on a glass! In many different formats. I wish prices were a little lower, but I guess the printing process is too complex.

My boyfriend recently entered 10 photos in a country fair contest. Four of them won ribbons! How exciting. When I saw Fracture prints (TV ad), I thought that would make a perfect and special gift. I followed the easy instructions to order Fracture prints and they arrived ahead of estimated time and before Christmas. He was delighted! Me too! Next we'll be selecting other photos and sizes to reproduce this way. I'll attach a simple photo of the photos mounted on a white wall.

I received this as a gift and was totally disappointed. This appears to be a picture glued to a piece of glass. You're better off putting it in a frame unless you don't want it to shift. You can see the film of a photo when you look at the back. It's not etched or imaged within the glass itself. Very disappointed in the representation.
We're so sorry to hear your that your order didn’t turn out as you expected, Meek! We guarantee every Fracture print is printed in ink directly onto a sheet of glass. That glass sheet is then affixed to a thin opaque foamcore backing to seal in the ink and allow for wall mounting.

When making Fracture prints, we first print with color inks that make up the image itself; the second pass is a solid white layer to make the colors pop and give depth and opacity to the color.
This second, white layer of ink can often peek through the foamcore backing on the back side of the print, and a few customers have mistaken it for a paper photo under the glass.

I bought one as a wedding gift. It was as expected and they were thrilled. But where Fracture shines is customer service. I contacted chat who quickly fixed the wrong address (I provided). When ups sent it to the old bad address I contacted customer service. They followed up and quickly sent a replacement. Their response was "let's get your photo in the right hands asap and we'll figure out what happened with UPS later." How can you beat that?!

I ordered from Fracture me.com it was my first time and was very disappointed when the pictures arrived. The picture quality was not at all like the original. The lightening on the photographs were not good much darker than the original. Definitely not worth 106.00 for the 3 pictures I bought. I don't even want to send them back. Chalk it up as a loss and move on.

We tried this for the first time last week with some older wedding pictures. They came out so beautiful! The shipping was super fast. Ordered on Saturday afternoon and received Wednesday. Prints look good and glass has nice clarity. Maybe don't have the box say what it is all over in case you're trying to surprise someone in the same household. My wife knew her present had come in before I did.
