They do not have a large quantity of job listings per state however they do have some great jobs listed and I have contacted a few of them. The big disadvantage is you really be ready to move if you are using ihire to find a job.
ihireaccounting seems to pull their listings from other job boards but listing other agencies and contains fake ads. For instance, they have been posting a particular job now for over 6 weeks. Multiple listings using different employment agencies. Yet when I visit the organization's website and call, there's no such job vacancy. I'd say stay away from this job board.
