First, I wanted to pay the 14.99 and was charged 27.99. Not happy at all about that. Secondly, I received an email from you stating that there were changes in a particular report and that name was inside the email. To my dismay upon opening the report, I couldn't view everything because I had to upgrade which cost more money. Your information is not up-to-date. I could not find any information that was different from when I did the report the first time all the information is at least eight years old. Finally, I would like my money back.
I chose people with because of an email that was sent to me stating there were changes on a particular person’s report. That turned out to be a big negative and your report is eight years out of date.
As a check, I requested a search on myself and my wife. My wife and I have been together for over 20 years. The only thing PW found was that we had the same address. PW did not find any marriage or divorce records for anyone. They did not find my handgun carry permit or any of my gun purchases. They did not find my stepson's criminal records. Basically they did not find anything in the last twenty years.
They did keep asking for more money for twice as much data. Twice nothing is still nothing!
Big mistake!
This was a complete waste of money. Several emails over the last few days expressed what new information was available. None of that was true.The report I got for 19 bucks was the exact report that I had gotten for 1 dollar a few weeks before. Total scam…but I guess I'll live and learn
Lured in by your false claims
Some correct information, some incorrect information. Come on by saying you had lots of criminal records when you actually have none. Can't back get back into site without being taken to the sign up and pay page, So can't even finish looking at your report.
Curious, bad mistake
Not accurate information. Even the easy information to obtain is wrong. My husband has been married twice before me and has a criminal record. This search pulled back nothing in these two areas. Further more, it did find multiple emails but then why only 2 social media sites? ITS CRAP!
I know the subject was married and divorced but no info. They did not restrict this info in any way.
Don't like payments for each category! One payment should take care of multiple records/categories. This looks to be a rip-off!
You kept bugging me with emails!
Gave only basic information while promising much more. "Should you want to know more pay $19.99 more…. "I'm not a fan of Deceit. Reviews on their site seem fake and I couldn't even leave one on peoplewhiz.com while still under my $27.99 paid monthly membership.
Tip for consumers:
Use another service. And I was not offered a refund or the other reports they say they have that cost more in addition to what I had paid for already.
Products used:
FULL background check with “unlimited “ reports but after paying the reports are very limited unless you pay more and the “unlimited “ reports Is very basic reports for different people. Deception and very expensive.
From my understanding, it was supposed to have social media accounts, and there was nothing didn't even give an option.
This is such a frustrating site. I have paid for premium services and because there are several Alia's profiles for each individual it will not refresh or update the accounts that I have already paid for more than once! This is very misleading and unethical to do.

If I could give this site a minus rating I would. I searched my own name first and the only thing they managed to come up with was my address from 25 years ago. That's where the show me currently living. I tried to get my money back and was given a phoney website for customer service.
My personal results were very basic. I did however find information on a former girlfriend I've been wanting to locate.

Truth finder is much better than this. It's not worth what your charging for a month. I want a refund.

Every time I look someone up including myself there is either no information it's not updated or it's very inaccurate.
This website originally showed the correct person but after taking my 20 dollars gave me a completely different person

Does not measure up to what is mentioned before you give them your credit card number. Also, you are offered a "Premium Report" for additional money. The part of the report (basic) that I read gave some incorrect information. Think that I wasted almost $30.
The man was very helpful. He guided me through what I could do and not do. If I had not talked with him, I would have clicked on Premium Report and would have had to pay another sum of money.

I purchased a 5 day membership with Truthfinder 4 days ago and have searched the website multiple times in attempt to find a single individual. Today when attempting to access the same info on the same website I was, for some reason, redirected to your website, WHY? At the risk of being redundant and paying another website I will pay the dollar in hopes of gaining additional information that is not included in the Truthfinder program. If no additional info is listed, I will contact peopleWiz for a full refund,
