I wanted to get an adjustable bed frame but wasn't sure where to start. I remembered my friend got their matress from serta.com and decided to see what options I had. I was able to find the perfect adjustable bed frame and even found a great matress to go with it. I now look forward to going to bed because I feel like I just melt away into sleep when I lay in my bed.

We have purchased a mattress and adjustable base along with several accessory items. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was trying to return a mattress encasement and was given the run-around. One place would give me another number to call, that number says they can't help and referred me back to the same number I called. This went on 6 times before someone finally tells me "just send it back to the address on the return label" AND they charge 15% restocking fee! Plus the price of shipping. I have a feeling this issue is not over. I'm even leery about sending it back, why? So they can tell me it was never received or even worse, that I sent it to the wrong place. I just have that feeling with them. Nobody knows what they are doing there. I will never order from them again.
