WIll keep a long story short. TWO RADIATORS, both BAD. Occurred out of State. Cost was an additional $2150 out of pocket, on top of $2150 paid for the 1st radiator. Please, look else where. They don't honor their warranties. We even had an account with them. No response at all from either franchise or home CEO. Alert. Stay away please.

Returned an AC fan back to Minneapolis store this morning after being broken two hrs after being installed in the vehicle yet so called manager denied an exchange despite a existing warranty. The fans are junky and worst of money. You better buy used or go to the dealer than wasting your money here on this store.It is a reap off.

One phone number puts you in touch with your local franchise no matter where you are at. Their website while seaming to be a one stop shopping site will ultimately lead you to having a sales rep call you always. I have been doing business with 1800radiator for some time but since they were sold the new owners will not honor any manufacturer warranty, I installed a catalytic converter on a 2012 jeep Patriot with a 2.4L if anyone has done one it's not pretty anyway converter went bad after 6 months after completing the job for the second time I called for pickup of the warranty part and asked what do you need for the labor warranty, LOL joke is on me... they don't cover labor warranty 4.5 hrs down the drain. They sent the incorrect radiator (ordered correctly) then refused to send a return label stating that it would cost too much. I finally convinced them that it was their fault and finally sent a UPS return label charging me for the return cost. This has cost them the business of 203 of our stores in the Midwest!

Just a little over a 5 years after purchasing a carburetor with a "lifetime warranty" - my husband discovered that there is a leak in the side of the carburetor tank and antifreeze is seeping through the metal itself. We called the customer service number and were told that they no longer honor the lifetime warranties for retail customers and that a new owner has purchased this company and this is a part of their "policy". We will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure everyone we know knows about their dishonest business practices.

I tried to tell them i got some exhust pipe at the end of last year for 19.00 a stick now they are charging me 73.00 dollars a stick. I got some pipe from crw for 19.68 per stick

I purchased a Raditor from 1800 Radiator 6mos ago.The Radiator Started to leak. I talked to the sale guys, He said to bring it in it had lifetime warranty.We brought it in, He looked at the Radiator and said I take it back it has small hole in it. I said you told us lifetime warranty. I will never do business with this company ever, They are a rip off.

Absolutely recommend using 1800Radiator! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Their pricing is on point and they don't disappoint. Always helping me out when I get in a pitch.

AND 1800 RADIATOR IF YOUR NOT HONORING WARRANTEES SHAME ON YOU. FIRE THE MGR! PPL LIKE THAT PROBABLY STEALING FROM THE COMPANY. LOOK IF YOUR NOT BUYING PARTS FROM THE DEALER IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU BUY FROM. NOTICE...YOU DON'T GET LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM THE DEALER BUT YOU PAY FOR THE QUALITY. PROBABLY ADDED STOP LEAK AND RUINED THE CAR PPL DONT ADD THEIR MISTAKES TO THE POST. AND YES IVE HAD COMPRESSORS NOT WORK.BUT THE SAME FROM O'REILLY'S ALSO. FOR THE MOST PART I LOVE THIS PLACE AND 2023 WILL BE ANOTHER GREAT YEAR FOR ME AND 1800 RADIATOR... THANK YOU!

They were able to fix a leak without charging me for a whole new radiator. It was still kind of pricey but better than replacing the while thing.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Michael the outside salesperson will talk dirty behind your back, The company will not honor the warranty. The quality and pricing are no were near other companies. This company has an extremely unprofessional person(s). They closed our accounts because they did not like the attitude. I really hope this company leaves the Northwest. I highly recommend no one else buy anything from them. I tried to work with Chris and Michael decided he would not let me talk to him or the owner. I tried to use them for the last 8 years. I have had nothing but problems with the radiators and quality control. I am extremely disappointed in what they think is ok. I will never recommend or use them ever again. I thought that their catalytic converters and A/C kits would be a good fit for us. But most of the time they have nothing in stock. This company should be allowed to sell any products if the salespeople can just be rude, disrespectful, and go to other companies and talk bad about another company. I called to talk to Chris and Michael answered and would not talk to me. I asked to talk to the owner, and he refused to let me do that and he has all the power. I informed him that the next time he creates a defamatory conversation with another shop or business owner I would take legal action. And I was not happy and did use some colorful language. But you would be too if you busted butt to be a good honest fair business owner and the feedback you receive is that false because of conversations Michael had with other companies. Michael should be fired for his acts towards us and any other company.
I tried multiple times to talk with a person that has a more professional and reasonable workaround to keep this vendor.

They resell radiators from china cheap quality they are made of plastic that do3s not hold pressure don waste your money

Our rep slept with my husband. I went out of town and she took him out. Got him drunk and then took him to her house. Is that how you do business?
