Why are you not refunding customers the $$ if the order is not even at the warehouse? What is with the bogus cancelation fees & per pund?! Scam?!

Yes Oli B I would love to know the answer to that as well. They lie through their teeth to keep held your money for nothing. Absolutely insane!

I hope you got a refund. I disputed the charge with bank. My furniture was receive broken!
