Great experience start to finish. I found the exact couch my husband and I had been eyeballing in store at a much more affordable price! It shipped and arrived as expected - although a little difficult to track while in transit if you like to know a day-by-day status. I had to contact support upon delivery and my issue was resolved within the hour. I would 100% recommend and would buy from 1StopBedrooms again.
My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! My beautiful dining room furniture finally arrived today! I have been waiting on it a little over 3 months. The staff was wonderful ensuring me I would not be disappointed, and also so helpful each and every time I called about status updates. This furniture was in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations on the quality and elegance. I would like to personally thank Simon for all he did to expedite this process. It was well worth the wait!

I ordered 2 identical chairs that are beautiful! Received the 1st one. Received a call on the 2nd one for delivery but never received. Come to find out no longer in stock. Very disappointed. Sales man Charlie was very helpful in finding a match, that has an updated warning system. I will receive my 2nd chair in a couple of weeks. Thank you to the great salesman. I would give a 5 star rating if not for the some what rude people who answered the phone when I inquired about where the 2nd chair was.

I ordered my chair via phone with Joe R. He was great! And very helpful.
The one thing that should be updated is "free delivery". I had to pay shipping/delivery. Granted I still received a good product at a fair price.
The two young guys who delivered my chair did have some difficulty getting it through the doorway to the den. Perhaps they should consider removing the box before bringing the furniture in the house.
I'm sure this is not my last purchase.

Wonderful experience! The ordering process was super easy. I received a call to confirm my order was correct. The couch came much quicker than expected, within three weeks of my order. The delivery personnel were professional, and timely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture at discount prices!
The Eliza linen sectional is such high-quality. It appears to be a $5000 couch, for a much cheaper price!

We ordered our Chevanna platinum bedroom set on February 24, we got it delivered on March 9. We were informed throughout the whole process with emails or text messages. The delivery service was very well organized. We got it so quickly, it was professionally set up in our bedroom. We would always recommend 1Stopbedrooms. Bought a coffee table from 1stop bedrooms that was literally $1000 cheaper, than the web site where I originally found the table at. That was an outstanding find but customer service has also been excellent. I contacted customer service today as I was trying to get a delivery window and he had me remain on the phone while he got the details for me. Table came a couple of hours later and is perfect in our space. Great experience overall!

Steer clear of this company! They stole my money. I cancelled and asked for a refund. They refused. They delivered it anyway and are telling me I have to accept or pay over 1900.00 in fees to return it! Thousands of complaints on the Better Business Bureau!

Bedroom set delivered damaged, was told to send back, do not accept. Now 1Stop is having me pay another $199 delivery for a damaged set that I paid$2000 for before they will repair it! Read their policy, very rude customer service! Do not buy from this company, wish someone would have warned me! Delivery service never returns calls.

We found the Next-Gen Durapella Power Sofa, Love Seat, and Recliner at our local Ashley Store. We fell in love with this set but it was a little over our budget. We started doing some research and found the same set at 1StopBedrooms for a few thousand dollars less. We ordered online on a Sunday and I was delivered the following Friday. It was free shipping, but we opted to pay for the in-house delivery and setup. I am beyond happy with my experience!

I was skeptical to order anything at first because I had never heard of 1 stop bedrooms before but I took a chance and was very happy with my purchase! I ordered 5 rattan dining stools and they are literally the same as the pictures! The stools are really great quality and the price was very competitive! They arrived in a heavy duty box and very well protected! I am SO HAPPY with my purchase and would highly recommend!

The furniture is very firm. We love it! It's exactly the color I was hoping for. It fits my family dynamic too! Then when we received it there were a couple of minor issues...but my CSR, ELIZABETH amazing! She solved every issue, her service was impeccable! I can't say enough good things about her! Next time I order something I am going to see if ELIZABETH can help me! Yes, she is that great! Her director or manager should promote her to train all their agents! Best service ever! Wife and I had just walked out on a deal at a large furniture depot. Had to deal with some Sleazy salesmen and hidden fees. This was such a an smoother process without the hidden fees!

Shopping with 1StopBedrooms was pretty seamless end to end. I found a sectional for a pretty exceptional price, was able to pay for it monthly, via Affirm, and there was even a 5 year warranty plan that covers all stains, rips, tears, etc. without a deductible or service fee each claim.
