My wife and I eat very well (little sugar, organic as much as is affordable, lots of fresh veggies and fruit) and BM's have never been a problem. However, since starting Morning Complete 3 weeks ago, our energy level is higher throughout the day and mental acuity is greatly improved. Also our som who had vagus nerve damage and has had bowel/digestive problems, is much proved with less flatulence and better BM's. Thank you!

Started taking this supplement yesterday. Felt great before taking it and then within one hour of taking the supplement I was falling asleep while talking! I never do that! Last night I slept for 14 hours straight... I am so confused as I thought it was supposed to give me energy. I took it again this morning hoping for different results. Already I am feeling light headed... not sure if these are the negative side effects they speak of when starting a new supplement. Surely, I can not continue this supplement if all it does is knock me out.

First of all, shipping of the product was delayed for weeks 'due to high demand.' Sounds like a promising product right? It's ok, I'm a patient person, I can wait. Before purchasing I checked reviews and it got an overwhelming 5 star rating. Again, thought the product must be something outstanding. When I finally received the item, the container was only filled 1/4 of the way. Seriously? I paid for a product that isn't even half way filled? I guess the taste was OK. Will I purchase this again or recommend it to others? Most definitely not.

I have been using Activated You Morning Complete for approximately one month and can a positive difference in my sugar cravings, desire for coffee, and overall digestive health. I feel better and believe this supplement is leading to better food choices.

I just opened a new jar of "morning complete" and it did not taste like the usual. Has there been any other feed back about this? Kind of a rotten sour apple flavor, I'm still using it, or should I dispose of it and open another?

I started Morning Complete just over a month ago because I was experiencing painful bloating after a lot of meals, to the point where it hurt if I wasn't holding my stomach in. I also suffer from gallstones and regularly have gallbladder attacks, which are further irritated by my diet- which could definitely be better. After 3/3.5 weeks on Morning Complete I forgot to drink it for a few days and had a gallbladder attack. I realized it was the first one I'd had since starting Morning Complete, so mixed some up for me (we add it to 6 oz cold water & 6 oz hot apple cider) and within 20 minutes the pain had subsided.

Both my husband and I eat very whole foods, organic, homemade, little to no dairy or bread products with lots of green veggies and supplements. This has been a gut changing experience for my husband with more frequent BM since starting it about 4 weeks ago. It does create more gas for us that we have never experienced in the past, but the alertness and energy levels have increased and maintained a steady level throughout the day. We have found that it works better for us to alternate days taking this.
