why is the customer support so $#!ing $#!?

Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT

Have anyone ever received anything from adidas that wasn't a adidas product or I'm the only one? I'm so disgusted right now!
My orders got cancelled and got the refund but they ship the items anyway. Am i going to be charged for these? But i cancelled my orders ahead of time
Why do you do nothing about improving customer service? It's a very stupid business practice.
