Were you ever told that you could not speak to a supervisor by a customer service rep?

I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

I never did get a live person on the line. Either i got a busy signal, or when i called back i got a message that i was on hold for the next customer service rep. If they had an answering service that put you in a cue i would never have gotten a busy signal. Tried hanging up and calling back several times. Emailed for an answer, was told i had to call. I simply cut my losses and closed that credit card account so they couldn't charge it anymore.

Never had a need to speak with a supervisor but I would file a complaint with the BBB if you are not getting satisfaction as a consumer.

We were assured that the supervisor/manager would not have a different answer. I was then put on hold for another 10 minutes and the person that answered sounded like the exact same person I was talking to. AdoreMe is based on a scam. They want to rope you into a monthly payment without you knowing.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. After 22 minutes on hold the first time, I was not calling to wait that long again.
