Were you ever told that you could not speak to a supervisor by a customer service rep?

Answer:

I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

How long does it usually take for shipping to canada?

Answer:

I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Question:

Is the package delivered discreet? i. e. its not obvious what's inside

Answer:

I thought it was. The package I received was gray/silver and just said adoreme. There wasn't anything on the box that indicated what was inside (other than the company name).

My daughter has been charged $39.95 per month since april and didn't know it. is this money in her account waiting to be used?

Answer:

Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.

On hold for over 7 minutes and cs closes in 9 more minutes my second order was not received and was sent back i want a refund,

Answer:

Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

Don't order from them, they will not ship it

How can i have just placed an order on 2/13/16 and the tracking number i was given says delivered 12/7/15 and to a completely different state

Don't buy from them. They will scam money out of your account every month for no reason.

How are the shoulder straps, and do the bras run to size?

I just unsubscribe from adore me today I been there customer over 2 years. I always ordered stuff and never did really pay attention when I will get my items but this year December 1 I placed in my order and today is December 17 I havent recd it and Im going out of town on December 12 I emailed them asking plzzz do overnight shipping at least one of the items but nope they ignored my request I even called them they said Roy was gonna call me back and he never did and prior to this they send me my set with the bra missing! Basically Im very disappointed. Not a good quality
