I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.
I thought it was. The package I received was gray/silver and just said adoreme. There wasn't anything on the box that indicated what was inside (other than the company name).
Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

I just unsubscribe from adore me today I been there customer over 2 years. I always ordered stuff and never did really pay attention when I will get my items but this year December 1 I placed in my order and today is December 17 I havent recd it and Im going out of town on December 12 I emailed them asking plzzz do overnight shipping at least one of the items but nope they ignored my request I even called them they said Roy was gonna call me back and he never did and prior to this they send me my set with the bra missing! Basically Im very disappointed. Not a good quality
