I sent my ECM to AES and was charged 199.73. I was told it would take 2 to 5 days for them to work on it. After 5 days they called me and told me they cannot repair it, but could offer me a replacement for 1,330.00 minus the 199.73 they already stole from me. I told them that was unacceptable because I can buy a brand new ECM from Subaru for 632.00! So they wanted to scam me out of 500.00 plus what I already gave them. Whatever you do, do not deal with this company at all. We are out 200.00 for nothing they are just a scam period. This review will not let me give them no stars that is why they even get one.

Sent in a module to get rebuilt. They checked it and said it is something they can fix and will send back the module programmed and ready to go.
Two days later I got a call saying they can not fix it and it will be an additional $300 to get it replaced plus would need get it programmed on my own somewhere else. I said okay. Paid the additional $300 plus $150 to get it programmed on my own. After all that there were issues with the module that were not happening before. I called back and the once friendly sales rep, Mark was rude and didn't even give me a chance to talk. He rudely told me to talk to the warranty department and hung up in my face. After dealing with multiple calls each representative was uninterested, rude, & dismissive. I got one helpful person, I believe her name is Sharise, she was the only patient and calm one who was able to finally update me on the module I sent in for warranty repair. She told me that they could not fix it and will give me a partial refund.
All in all I got refunded $340 out of the $850 I spent in total for shipping, extra module, & programming only to end up back in square one 3 months later. And they still haven't sent me a receipt for the updated price they charged after saying I need a completely different module.
I hope this place closes down soon and Sharise finds a better job somewhere else. Mark Davidson is a sleaze ball hiding behind a friendly mask(until you pay him) then the real colors show. Every other customer service representative there needs to find a different career because they sound miserable and rude. The company also has multiple names which is not a good sign.

Called and was greeted with AES modules. He was a complete $#*! and hung up. Avoid! How a place like this stays in business I don't know.

I called to ask about my Saturn Body Computer - he said they don't work on them because "you can't reprogram them". I called back to ask another question - other places have told me they can be reprogrammed so I wanted to know what he was talking about. He lambasted me for calling back and "asking the guy you can easily get on the phone" a question. He is a very unhappy man and it spews everywhere.
Sent the module in to be checked out repaired, was quoted a price of $160, I got a phone call a few days later, it was gonna be another additional $500. Receive the module back after one month, installed in car with the same problem. Tried for three weeks to get a return call. Finally sent it Back in I have not received it back yet. Customer service sucks, and I don't believe there was anything repaired on my module. This is been a three month ordeal.My advice is do not waste your time or money with this company. Will update if I ever get my Module back
I called to get information on a price for a control module. Andy and Chris answered two separate calls and did not let me even finish a sentence before transferring me to customer service. After the second transfer I spoke with a rude customer service supervisor after asking to speak to the sales manager who hung up on. This company wants to do business? If I were you I would not even bother to dial the number!
Sent in a bcm that was acting up. Adam called and said 349.00 to fix it. Oh the a few days later he ads with all the sorrow a slimy thief can muster " your is all messed up we need 170 more. It will be done in 5 days. Its been 3 weeks. Stay away from them!
As always this time they will treat my right. What a joke, on me that is after using AES for the 3turd time I get the shaft again. It is not Adam's fault AES is out to screw you. They are professionals at it, enjoy my $126.35 have lunch on me.

Called them to ask if there was a inspection fee attached to the repair fee of if it was all included. I had the website confused with another more reputable repair facility and when I said, sorry I have you mixed up with another site the jacka$$ said "we charge WAY more than that" and hung up on me. Then they wouldn't answer the phone. Stay away from this company. States BBB rating of "A" but I can't see how that's possible when they run off potential customers with their bad attitude. Glad I didn't get mixed up with these losers.

AGREED WITH THIS GUY NAMED MARK WHO WAS INITIALLY VERY RUDE, THAT HE IS GOING TO FIX PARTICULAR PROBLEM ABS MODULE THAT WAS DIAGNOSED BY MY MECHANIC.THE PART WAS THERE FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK THIS MARK NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I HAD TO CALL MANY TIMES TO MARK AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. NOW I JUST FOUND OUT THEY NOT TO BE ABLE TO FIX IT, AND NOT RETURNING MY MONEY BACK. I AM TAKING THIS SCAM ARTISTS TO THE COURT AND LET THEM PAY MY LAWYERS FEE.
As most repair shop I think, They will guaranty that most of the time they will fix it, so you will go with that option, when you send in the module they need to repair, they will transfer you to another person that will give you the wrong findings (they test it, its good, but the second person will say it has too much damage to be repaired so you have an option to buy a refurbished one doubling what you paid without telling you that there nothing wrong with it) so you will have to buy another one, BASICALLY A SCAM.

ON 9 24 2019 MY COMPANY PURCHASED A BODY CONTROL MODULE OVER THE PHONE BY CREDIT CARD IN FULL AND WAS TOLD TO RECEIVE IT BY 10 1 2019 WELL 10 2 2019 CALLED THE AES OF JACKSONVILLE AND ANDY EXT 5402 SAID THAT THE WAREHOUSE DROPPED THE BALL? WHAT THE HECK? THEN PRECEDES TO TELL ME THE IT WILL BE ANOTHER 5 DAYS BEFORE I WILL RECEIVE THE BODY CONTROL MODULE. SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THAT DARELL WILL CALL BE BACK. 4 HOURS LATER NO CALL SO I CALLED BACK AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AGAIN AND WAS TOLD HE IS ON THE ROAD. WOW SO A FEW MINUTES LATER DARELL CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THAT THEY CANNOT GET ME THE MODULE TILL THEY GET ONE ON HAND AND REBUILD IT THEN SEND IT OUT TO ME (SHADY). SO I ASKED HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS ON THERE SELF READY TO BE SHIPPED OUT TO ME THE DAY I ORDERED IT. (VERY SHADY) SO AT THIS TIME I ASKED AGAIN WHY CANT I GET THE MODULE OVERNIGHTED TO ME AND AT THIS TIME U CAN HERE THE FRUSTRATION IS HIS VOICE AND TELLS ME THATS OK WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY AND DONT CALL US AGAIN, SO THEN I CALL THE COMPANY BACK TO FIND OUT WHEN THE REFUND WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO MY COMPANY AND MY COMPANY PHONE NUMBER IS BEING BLOCKED BY THEM.
