I had activated a roaming pack while going abroad of Rs 3999/- for 10 days to Kenya. The scheme said I can call 250 mins local and international in the pack. When I received the bill I had been charged for outgoing calls done which were within the limit of 250 mins. On going to the airtel customer care centre they tried to misguide me in various ways to convince me that the bill was correct, After lot of explaining they admitted the mistake and told me that they have sent a mail to their accounts dept and will revert later. All these mistakes are intentionally done and they just wait to see whether a customer protests or not.
This network will work perfectly where ever you go only in advertisement but reality is opposite to it. No perfect network inside the city only. Always fluctuating network and the amount for all tariffs is more than any other network. False network only know how to take money.

This is the worst service I have seen in my life. I will never recommend to go for airtel services. Stupid network customer care number not working Indian number1 worsted network, anytime server issues. Team doesn't know the correct steps to fix the customer issue and they say wrong things just to cut the call
Raised multiple time complaints as a airtel black customer but no one bother to resolve the issue. And they are claiming get the resolution in 30 min but it been a month still same issue like fluctuation/slow speed 15-20 MPBS. And worst part is there technician is like no issues without checking anything. Shared the screen shot of Okhla speed test result but he was not taking seriously.

This people are making fool of their own customers, there is so much of network issues and have asked for booster since 2 months these people are not responding and are only giving reason, would never suggest anyone to buy airtel products as they are very good while selling but the services are 3rd grade and then the dont even respond. While billing time they will get time to call and ask for payments but will never respond to us on emails or on phones regarding the complains
Horrible experience would suggest Jio as best option also now will port all our company number as we have 10 number of our office

Airtel gives the worst broadband services and they don't even bother to do anything about it. Every time they send their executives who are begging to not to complain any further. They penalize their executives for the service instead of penalizing themselves. Worst ever.
Airtel needs to stop making fake promises, wtf is this, I have made more than 150 calls, thousands of promises from you but no help. First transfer request is closed without any reason and information. I have made another request to transfer the connection within the city and promised to receive a call within 4 hours and this & that. But no calls ever, no communication, tried to communicate through Twitter and all other ways, but no help, they are not even bothered to respond. The service they promise & deliver is completely different, totally fed up with this, just take your Dabbas back and give me my hard-earned money back. Happy to speak with anyone- *******599.
Had 4 post-paid connections, broadband from Airtel but I think I should have gone for another operator,@AIRTEL: you are going to lose at least 10 connection because of me only.
I have been using airtel postpaid since 3 months and experience the worst service ever. We had 2 gb of data for month and it gets consumed in 4 days with just whatsapp calling and airyel associates were not willing to listen my problem.
I would suggest not to choose airtel postpaid
Airtel customer care team not trained properly about the their process and procedure.

In our area, as soon as there is an electricity cut the airtel network goes off. Are your operators selling generator fuels. We are charged daywise and you are not supposed to give service like this. Now we have to port our number to another network.
Even I'm having 5g unlimited still my net pack is using my whole 4g date over even the customer care Isn't working. Not getting unlimited 5g even

I thought airtel is the no. 1 telecom service provider in india, but it is false. I have never come across this type of network till now I don't know the reason why when DoCoMo is showing me full network with no call drops n other network issues inside my home, I am not getting atleast one single point tower, not atleast one point not getting tower at all I have complained so many times regarding this but the problem is not resolved trying to get out port to another network shame on airtel my rating is 0
When you opt for postpaid the below listed situations happen:
1. Your Airtel Black invoice will mysteriously increase M2M or Y2Y.
2. If you are overseas then they will auto transfer you to a payment plan without authorisation/confirmation to international package.
3. Had enough? Want to close account now? Prepare some traveling funds to run to store and back just for that!
4. Want to investigate any of these issues, your are welcome to speak with priority desk but never ever expect them to respond to your complaint.
BTW - I ended up paying Rs. 14,000 for one month of being overseas due to unauthorised activation of international package.
Till date no response received to numerous complaints filed.
I guess that's the privilege of being an MNC. They can choose to ignore any noise unless it becomes a legal issue.

Worst experience - I have travelled to abroad and NOT opted for any roaming servise but got a huge bill with roaming charges. The funny part is on my entire travel duration I got the message from same Airtel that you have no active roaming servise in place but while the billing I got huge amount of roaming bill. Now I am trying to resolve this by consumer court and required by legal measure.
It's doesn't work at all. It doesn't work properly inside my home especially. I tried to rise a complaint and it didn't work. I tried to add tower option in my area and it says excellent service but it doesn't work. Why don't they improve the service rather than giving silly advertising for the same. Really pathetic. Area is in cheddanagar, chembur West, mumbai. You don't get network in Mumbai the major city and show advts of network at rural areas. That's really ridiculous. Even when I am writing this it's a blank network shown.
I had excalated about my network issue to this $#*!ers even to nodal officer but there is not a single reply from them i would suggest not to prefer these ppl ever in future
I only heard in advertisements that Airtel is the fastest network in India but I don't believe it I've started using Airtel network since 3 days but the network speed is too slow even that speed not able to start my game and I'm irritated from it.
I made a recharge today of Rs
79 even after that I am not able to send SMS, when I try to call they told me to recharge again of Rs. 129 to send SMS.
