Great tech support! I reached out to their chat not just for real issues, but also to double-check if I was doing things right. Each time, I got a response within an hour. I signed up with Alidropship on September 11,2024 after I saw a seemingly generous offer online of how they'll help you set up and even run a dropshipping website for next to nothing and that I could start for free. I tried free to see if what they were saying was true and was directed to a site called Sellvia. Sellvia in fact took over everything and created a free webpage for me after countless attempts to have me pay for a plan from beginning of form filling till the end. It was scary like when those fraudulent websites try to get you to pay in every window that opens up. Anyway, to put it mildly, Sellvia didn't deliver enough for me to want to upgrade my plan as the webpage I was given as my place of business was so poor looking and only sold things like car dog seats, socks and many not in hot demand items that were not I think more than fifteen to twenty in total. How was I to sell these kinds of things and hope to generate any reasonable income, I asked myself. My so called site was also offline and I was informed that in order for my webpage be allowed to go online, I'd need to have a zoom meeting with someone from the company etc. I had to schedule the meeting more than once due to the fact that no one showed up at the first meeting. After I rescheduled the meeting, an email popped up early next morning congratulating me that my store (which was never online) had made a sale. The purchase was an item that cost over six dollars and according to them I needed to fund my account with a hundred dollars to enable them fulfill the order. Expectedly, it was a surprise at first which almost immediately turned to discomfort. The product "I" sold made me a profit above four dollars in profit, I was told. Why not fulfill the order you have with the money paid (because you received the payment) for it if such a sale actually took place instead of asking me to fund my Sellvia account. You have the order and the money and want me to pay? Why? Before I knew it, my card started being billed in the amount of every single plan they have on Sellvia and on a daily basis but because I didn't have enough money on that card, my card company kept charging me for failed transactions. You see, I had to input card information to prove that I was a potential paying customer and nothing else but Sellvia started charging it. At that point I wrote Sellvia and asked them to shut down my account and why. They stopped charging my card after a few days and that's how I left. If they offer anything better in their paid plans I'm thinking they'd have to do it on a better looking website and stock up with what most people actually want to buy. Forget all the praises you read about on their site and online, it's all hype.

Perfect for beginners! Everything starts with an online consultation where the manager explains how their stores work and all their offers, and you can ask questions. In my case, instead of the usual half-hour, George and I sat for almost 50 minutes. He was incredibly patient, and we only finished when I had no more questions. I happened to catch the Valentine's Day sale and bought my silver high ticket package at a discount. This was crucial for me because I wasn't ready to risk a four-figure sum. When everything was ready, and I didn't know what to do next, Ana, the growth manager, was a great help. She literally laid out step-by-step how I could promote the store by investing time rather than money. Two days ago, I shipped my third order to a customer. I sell home goods and gadgets, which are in high demand right now.

I didn't buy the plugin, even though it's cheaper; instead, I bought an established store at the end of 2022. I figured it was better to pay more and avoid building anything from scratch because time is money. I aimed for an additional income source, as I already have a main one, and I didn't want to get too involved in this project. However, as of today, the store has almost tripled its initial cost. I post on social media, create short product videos myself, and have only launched paid campaigns twice, when I was on vacation and couldn't manage the store for a week. This result is even better than I expected. Additionally, I've improved my online sales skills and learned a lot from various forums. If I had more time, I'd consider getting another store.

Volodya is the best thing about this company! I recently faced a serious issue. I was posting links to my store on Facebook and Instagram, but the links weren't working. Every time, an error message popped up saying the site was unavailable. I reached out to support and got Volodya. Not only did he fix everything the same day, but he also calmed me down because I was in a complete panic! He is a true professional! I have never ended a conversation with any tech support in such a good mood.

I really like AliDropship's e-commerce solutions. However, I must say that this is a long-term project in any case. I don't understand those people who have made their first or even second sale and want to immediately get the money and run away. It doesn't work that way. You need to learn a lot and spend enough time and effort to see results. This is definitely not about instant enrichment.

This platform is one of the best in terms of value for money, and it ranks in the top three for its product and service list! Of course, the plugin and even the high-ticket stores are more suitable for experienced online entrepreneurs. It's not so easy to just sell a couch for a few thousand dollars. But anyone can play around with the trial. It's informative and fun.

Fast and convenient service. I know what I'm talking about. I built a site on Shopify myself and it took much longer than now when I paid for everything to be done. The very first site was made for me by a freelancer on WordPress, but back then I lacked post-launch support. I had very little experience. Here, my manager has already consulted with me twice, and I've scheduled another call for Saturday.

If it weren't for Mike and Volodya, I definitely wouldn't have made it through all this! In the summer of 2023, I decided to take the easiest route and buy a plugin to upgrade my old WordPress store. I wanted to save money, haha! I struggled for a long time to install the plugin and had to contact support, and these guys helped me out. Then there was a problem with product import. Dropshipping is evolving, and for me, that indicates that the field is developing rather than dying, as Instagram gurus constantly predict. Therefore, I easily purchased a ready-made store as the simplest option for beginners. I'm pleased that the store was handed over to me on time. Support assists with the settings. All is well so far.

Our friends are making money with dropshipping. They work as real estate agents, and in their free time (but daily), they manage their store. Since they haven't abandoned the store for four years, it must be worth it. I didn't ask for exact figures, but my friends manage to save some of their income each month. They bought it and some add-ons from AliDropship back in the day, so I decided to try starting to dropship with these guys too. I started with automotive products and have sold 6 organizers so far. It's a bit challenging, but interesting.

I paid for a added on during their trial membership and was scheduled to meet with someone 6/25 but yet I keep receiving emails as if I was never subscribed and no one called me or responded to my emails. I had to go through my bank to issue a refund. Don't waste your money nor time with this company they are a rip off and no contact or customer service number.

I now come to the close of the year, I purchased Alidropship's most expensive package back in the mid summer and to this day it does NOT work. The owner of Alidropship refuses to respond to my complaints in fact he (the owner) has shut down my reviews on other sites, he is trying to silence the truth. I will not stop talking about it, I will keep updating people so they do not have to spend their hard earned money on a scam as I did. It is too late for me but not for you. You have not yet spent your hard earned money. I have nothing to gain from this unlike the owner who continues to try and block the truth. Beware of the flawless reviews. Things are not always what they appear to be...

My experience with the AliDropship plugin has been worthwhile thus far. Its use has been seamless and I really like their customer support services particularly that of Olika and Elena they're always reassuring in the midst of every dropshipping (raging) storm. I went and got a custom site cause I wanted 500 items and have a lot of marketing. My site Dogandcatrewards.com I started it cause it is a big niche market and I own some pets. I love the concept, quality of products is very good. They say you get what you pay for but they do have great value in this part. I did like that.
Here is where the problem was I wanted sellvia but it does not work on custom sites so it got turned off so 1-3 day Shipping went away and turned into 24 day shipping. No one ever said that was the turn time. I know it is coming from china but that is INSANE. I got 1 Sale in over 1 month I had over 1K clicks and average visit of 2.55 Minutes. Products didn't stop people it was the Horrible shipping.
Second on the only order this is a dropshipping company and all automated it for some reason shipped to me and I had to ship it to my customer. I spent over 2800 USD on this site. The entire setup crew was amazing but the lack of telling customers that they were dropshipping it to you and also that they had to wait 24 days is unreasonable. Funny thing is that I put my profit margins to 50% or less in some cases. I had several items on Microsoft edge Listed as best on the web when I set it up. This store should have shined but everything about shipping is a joke.

Know all the facts, Alidropship and Sellvia only have some similar products mostly Alidropship has better products but horrible shipping Sellvia has great shipping but below average products. Whis Alidropship had sellvia's warehouse. Advertising and setup of that was done by them and was very good no complaints on that part.
