I've been ordering custom t-shirt prints from Allied Shirts for the past 3 years now. They are a team of awesome professionals that provide excellent service. Each representative has been phenomenal to deal with, resolving issues & exceeding expectations in trying to make things right. Quality has always been on point! I have produced many complicated visuals & they did a great job in printing it on the 60+ shirts so far. There will be more to come, just a heads up One thing I worry about as an artist, is sharing my unique designs with a printer & having them profit off my hard work, not Allied Shirts! & I respect them more for their ethical integrity. This company does not deserve any negative reviews. I've received incorrect orders in the past (I am a professional) & have reached out via email in trying to resolve the matter & in all 3 cases, it was resolved. Tip: communicate with them 1st before posting a negative review

Ordered with a GUARANTEE delivery date.1 day before after calling 3 different times to double check that it was on time and being told yes.all set.finding out my GUARANTEE isn't happening and the "best they can do" is refund me.so now it is Thurs.I need shirts for Sat...don't order form this company if you have a deadline.even if you pay for it and follow up.only to be told incorrect information. I received these after waiting for 2 weeks. Not only are they not the correct color ink, they all have very visible streaks down the front. So, I contacted their customer service to put in a request for a refund. They took a week to get back to me with a resolution, but it was only after my numerous phone calls and several emails. I got a response today, stating that even though they found no fault with the tshirts, they will reimburse me. I'm glad I'm getting my money back but, how can these tshirts have been "printed as expected", as their review states? They look nothing like my design!

I ordered shirts from a few different vendors. This one was the worst print quality. It looks like the ink on a marker that is ready to be thrown away. The shirt is a 4/5 as far as the material is what I expected (soft wash feel). But the overall quality is very poor. Certainly not anything I would give to anyone as a gift or sell as a finished design. Attached photo is the day I got them, never washed.

Make your own shirt on Canva or some other shirt supplier.

Absolute WORST printing company. I received several shirts backwards, so i called to have them reprinted. They were for a memorial service benefit. The request "never processed", so when i was assured these would arrive in time, they did not. PAID for expedited shipping and did not receive it. Finally after several calls and emails and outright lies, i cancelled the reprints with the exception of ONE SHIRT that i needed for a guest. Two weeks later, i called for the one shirt that i was assured would come in a week, and that request too has been "misplaced". Absolutely horrific customer service and waste of money and time. Do not put your faith in this company, they have no problem lying and taking your money with no intention of fulfilling your request.
Placed an order. Paid by credit card. No "delivery" date provided. Called to make an inquiry a week later only to discover... they don't keep stock on hand and any excuse you can imagine was offered as to why they are unable to obtain the shirts we ordered. Even more comical was the representative (?) had no idea when they could get them if at all Be prepared not to receive your refund for up to several weeks which is a good indicator of financial problems as well. If there was a MINUS THEN rating, this company would be in the lead.

1. Some of the items I ordered were out of stock. First thought, then don't let me select those items. If you don't have it, don't sell it.
2. I wasn't notified about unavailable items until nearly a week after my order was placed and billed.
3. No one contacted me about any possible substitutions.
4. My entire order did not arrive on time or in a timely manner.
5. The only verbal contact was contact that I initiated.
6. The items were not the quality most people would desire. (A white patch on a logo was not saturated enough to prevent material color from showing through. Looked cheap and budget.) Hard to understand that there wasn't some quality control measure to prevent that making it to the ship to client box.)
Granted they were my cheapest options, and you know the rest. I wanted to have found a reasonable cost supplier, but will keep looking.
My second time ordering company shirts from this company. My first experience was excellent. Second order for shirts totaling $792 left a lot to be desired. Allied Shirts had agreed to remove the white background from my logo, printed on dark gray shirts, as they had the first time. I received the 60 shirts for my company, all with the white background on front and back of the shirts, looking very unprofessional. Finally, after 2 weeks waiting for them to make a decision, the informed me they would give me a $90 credit toward my reorder for their mistake. Look somewhere else for your custom printing needs.

I ordered sweatshirts with my own design uploaded and the entire order was printed with a noticeable printing error stripe on my order, ink smudges, and they have also been printed at an angle on the sweatshirts. They are all crooked and I am unable to use them. They're unusable for my business, and customer service has taken extremely long to get back to me about a resolution. I'm not sure how these crooked sweatshirts are taking so much deliberation, but so far I have not been offered any kind of resolution. I am sitting with 40 crooked sweatshirts I cannot use, and I am out the money for them, with little care from Allied. Would absolutely not recommend.

The print was faded, my order came late and they did not include my website, which was part of the approved image I gave their art department. I ordered 200 shirts and the customer rep told me to take a pic of one of the defected shirts and email it back to them for a refund. I handed the shirts out to my students the next day and followed up with the customer service a few days later. They changed up on me and told me that I now need to take a pic of at least 50 defected shirts in order to prove that the entire order was defected. By that time I did not have 50 left and they did not seem to care. After talking to several reps and sending many emails I was given a partial refund. The entire process was super frustrating and this company lacks integrity. I will never shop here again
The shirt itself is of nice quality.
However the actual print of my design is as blown out and faded right out of the box. The white lettering is barely solid along with the design. Not good. The design i outlined was very rough and definitely not how i would've wanted it to be printed. Luckily these were only samples for myself. Will definitely not be ordering again if this is how they'll come out again.

I tested their trial printing with two pieces of my original art work. The back side art was perfect, but the front was not even close to the art work I sent. About 1/3 was totally missing. The palette didn't match my colors. The forms were pixelated and the detail of the color blends was completely gone. I've seen better work from kindergarten kids doing iron on patches. They should change they're name from 'Allied' to "I Lied". Don't use this service. Glad I only used them for a test... what a rip off.
We ordered some tee shirts and the printing wasn't perfect when new, but most of the printing has washed off within just a few washes. We have some other shirts from a different printer that have held up for more than a year, but these really only lasted a few weeks, wearing them one day a week at a market.
I placed an order but when it processed it reduced the number of one of the shirt sizes. When I called immediately after I got the confirmation screen, I spent 35 minutes on hold and I was told he can't add the shirts back. I'll have to place another order. Problem is I used expedited shipping. He refunds the shipping to apply to new order then tells me the first order will now have standard shipping. I spent about 2 hours dealing with this process. Their website sucks and so does their customer service. Why are you there if you can't do anything or fix a simple problem. I canceled my order altogether, told him what I think of the company and their service and hung up. Worst process EVER!

You have an event. You plan for it. You send in your order in plenty of time according to their website. The shirts are GUARENTEED to be delivered weeks before your event. Day of delivery passes...no response. Day later, email telling of production delays with no new date of delivery. 3 calls made over the next week. I am informed each time that they are sending an email to the production team and will contact me when they receive word. Each time I call, they say they have no information of previous call. Now, I'm days from said event instead of weeks and they are still not dealing with the issues they have created. Please, if you want your event to have a t-shirt, stay away from this company. They are not worth it.

Front print 5 inches lower and 30% bigger than website designer setup, same with back side. Default tshirt is way too tight on waist and very long it covers first part of legs while a normal large tshirt won't go below the belly. Print is quite accurate in detail but very very thin. I wouln not recommended to a friend no! In the photos you can compare the website designer setup to the final result.
I wished I have never ordered from Allied, they sent me shirts with different shades of color on my business logo. I sent pictures and they have the nerve to respond saying they team cannot see the difference. The shirts are very messy!

I placed an order sept 13th and was told it would take 3-5 business days to get the shirt. After a bout 2 weeks of nothing, I received an email stating there was a problem printing my shirt. When I called, I was told one of the graphics was a little blurry, but it could still be printed as is. The agent assured it would be printed and shipped out that day. 2 more weeks go by, and I just received an email they have cancelled my order because they are "out of stock" of my shirt... a simple plain Black 2x tee. Waste of my time. Now I am waiting to get my refund back which can take another week.
Placed an order 3 weeks before I needed shirts for an event. Was notified the week of my "guaranteed" delivery date that my shirts would be delayed an indefinite amount of time. Was offered very little information and nothing was offered in compensation. Cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded in 1-3 days. Of course it wasn't and I had to contact them again. Just don't waste your time.
I have been a a customer for over 4 years but the most recent order was the wrong colors and completely washed out the design after 1 wash. It is the same for every shirt I have washed from my over $500 order.

Terrible customer service, I ordered shirts 2 weeks ago and they sent me an email a couple days ago telling me there is a slight delay. I tried to call to see how long of a delay since nothing was shown on the email. I waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone eventually hanging up after waiting as long as I could. Today I check my bank and see that I was refunded. I called in and they tell me they didnt have the shirts and cancelled my order. I spoke to a manage who didnt care at all and didnt offer any sort of discount or anything just said sorry I will need to look why an email wasnt sent letting you know that it was cancelled. The only reason I found out it was cancelled is due to my bank sending me an alert. Please dont buy from this company.

I ordered black shirts with black ink for a theater tech crew. The shirts need to be black on black so they are not seen from the audience. Allied sent me a warning after ordering that black ink on a black shirt would not show up well. I replied that, yes- I want the shirts to be black on black, they need to be black on black. When I got the shirts, you guessed it, they were not black ink. I emailed the day I received the shirts. I have still not gotten a reply, so two days ago I called, I spoke to an agent and they told me the process of submitting pictures. Still no reply from that. The production is quickly approaching and this issue is unresolved.
Placed an order and it was absolutely NOT what I designed and ordered. I even took a screenshot after I designed the tshirt to show to some folks. The lettering on the design online looked white and bright, I got yellowish nasty looking lettering. They REFUSED to refund the order. I am stuck with garbage! However, reaching out to Texas Secretary of State and see if I can find out who their board members are... maybe I can get somewhere by contacting each board member personally.
We were really pleased with the design, the speediness of the shipping and delivery. We were also happy with the quality of the shirt, we were disappointed in the intensity of the ink for the lettering, the black ink looks more grey than black. The price per shirt was also high at around $22 with what we thought was a pretty simple design but we didn't want to order a lot until we saw the quality.
The image on the shirts look washed out and I literally got it in the mail yesterday. The black colors or dark colors look washed out compared to my file I uploaded
