Is AltScene a scam or a legit company?

I think i might be a scam and most of these profiles are Fake with people not emo Iv had Emo girls who look 100% emo material and when my bestie tryed helpung me out said not there type so like why are they on there if there not looking for anybody emo or goth. I think altscenes is just a scam and fake.
