on 5/8/15The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
Amazon, as a RULE, can be trusted whever they list a price for something they, themselves, are offering or selling. I add some PRECAUTIONARY WORDS: If someone is offering you USED goods at an unbelievable price, BE CAREFUL! The third party seller may offer it for $3.65 plus Shipping and Handling, but they do not tell you how much that costs. The blown-out-of-porportion Shipping and Handling charge may be $49.50. INVESTIGATE this extra costs BEFORE ordering. It has been a shocking discovery that the $5.00 I expected to pay was sometimes $75.00 because of the undisclosed fees.
The answer depends on if the seller is amazon or one of its market sellers. If it's a market seller the only way to be sure is to buy and then return if they turn out to be fake. There are many rogue sellers on amazon and it's my experience that amazon won't act when informed of violations. They also don't inform you that if you buy from a marketplace seller outside the eu you will be liable to customs duty on items over £15 and will also be
Liable for product liability as you will be the importer of the goods. This is especially important if you are buying to give to someone and especially if that person is a child. You would be the person to sue under UK law! Be careful where you goods are coming from!
I have purchased a Bulova watch on Amazon.com before and can tell you it's the real thing. HOWEVER, you must be careful when purchasing. There's products that are sold by Amazon and will say "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com." You want to make sure you're looking for that when purchasing. There's also 3rd parties who sell similar products, which can be fake. I would stick with purchasing items from Amazon directly. That way, the product is real and if you have any issues, you could contact them and they'll fix it for you or refund you once you mail back the item. Even if they're being sold by someone else but is fulfilled by Amazon, it's not always 100%. At least with Amazon fulfilling, they'll still try to fix any issues you may have.
Hi, better check some reviews first. Try http://skuguru.com
I love Amazon, however if you're looking for jewelry via a brand name I would go directly to a dealer in your area. Amazon is the middle man, I've had great luck, however there are sellers on here that do sell fake products (knock-offs). When you are purchasing expensive brands it's in your best interest to see it before you purchase it and have it checked for authenticity. Good luck. My purchases to date have never been for name sake products so no harm no foul.
I check out the seller's info, if there isn't enough, or they won't answer my question, I will not buy from them. It's not Amazon, it's the seller you have to watch out for. Check reviews too. Like this one had a coat up for sale. He said they didn't have zippers. Well one of the clear pictures showed a zipper in it.
If its amazon.com the prices are real. Cant guarantee any other site
