Why can't you reach anyone to ask a question? Do they have people there who know how to answer an email from a longtime high spending customer...

They use artificial intelligence what an oxymoron and a useless offshore customer service. You have to spend hours and multiple calls to get to an executive customer service member in America and they treat you like they own amazon personally. If I was not disabled I would not use them but it convenient when things go right.
