on 3/17/20Simple enough once you go through all the automated BS, but they are not in any way helpful and have no information to give that's not already online.
Pretty easy. But will they help you? No. It's an exercise in futility.
After a quite tedious process resulting in trying to speak to a virtual person who, despite telling me he could answer every question failed at first straight forward question. In my case I spent 45 mins trying to reach a human customer svc rep... who didn't know the answer. By that time I was so fed up I hung up dissatisfied.
Phone the regular Amazon support number and ask to be transferred to the Fresh department. Amazon retail agents aren't able to assist with most Fresh grocery orders. Retail agents can help with general account or payment method issues. If it's about grocery delivery, speak to Fresh.
First ou have to find where to go. That was a chore. The auto chat feature is ok if you have a discrete issue with your order that a bot can manage. It took a bit of doing but they call you if you do it right...
I called once several weeks ago and had no trouble reaching a real person.
That is what my review is about. Auto chat app limited function. Took me long time to learn never use it again. I do know they are busy in this shelter in place time... but app easy to have more options.
Couldn't talk to a "real" live person... gave up... said they would call me in like 4 hrs. Or some rediculous amt.of time! Of course, no one called!
