My Loan Officer always immediately answered my calls and texts. There were several times when he left a voice message on not only my personal number, but he also took the time to leave a second message at my business number. "Above and beyond" service!

I was immediately connected to the appropriate parties during the entire process.

In my experience, they were extremely unresponsive to requests for communication. Deadlines were met by me until the final days of the reverse mortgage, then they didn't return calls then claimed they had left messages. No messages were left and when I was able to prove that with cell phone logs from Sprint, they stonewalled and I had tp pay thousands in legal bills to keep them from foreclosing. I risked losing more than a quarter of a million dollars in equity, doubtless the incentive for them to try and secure my property. Shameful!
