Hi, When are you planning on
1 - fixing the issue of not being able to save photos/documents from other people's trees or 2 - being able to edit our OWN photos?
The popup telling me 'edits saved' works fine but it is LYING!
And for days now I've had to download photos/documents from other people's trees directly to my computer and save them to my tree from there, manually adding a credit to the original poster. This is a massive time-wasting inconvenience.
I hate this NEW so-called 'improved' Ancestry SO MUCH, there are no words to describe it. I'm begging you to please, please, listen to all of us and FIX the darn site!
I feel like screaming from the highest mountain "Do not join Ancestry until the multitude of issues are fixed and they start to give a damn about their (not for much longer) loyal customers"
