Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Angi (formerly Angie's List) staff and previous consumers.
You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
Handyman agreed to do work, but the following day, just 2 hours before services were contracted. I received an email that no one could be found to perform services. Someone showed up the following week, but i didn't confirm then Handyman charged me anyway. FRAUD, UNETHICAL, UNRELIABLE, and DISHONEST
Hi Bonnie, Thank you for reaching out. We did not find a company by the name of "Currant Technologies" in our system. If you can provide a phone number for the company, we'd be happy to do another search. You can also log in to www.angi.com and search the pro directory to look up a specific pro. -AngiSupport
