on 12/15/18They make their 800 number a bit hard to find and be aware that who you start speaking with has little to no escalation power to resolve more complex matters.
By being cand to the costumes and understand what the costumes wants to say and don't be rude to them.
Easy via chat. Reached to them trying to track order since their site was glitchy. They have since fixed the issue.
Much too long! Over 15 Minutes.

I will not be a customer in the future
It was easy to contact customer service through "Live Chat". They were able to cancel my order because they could not fulfill the order.
Chat feature is available later than phone number, however I lost the connection to the chat feature and had to log back in and talk to a different person. I got the feeling that they were handling multiple people, not just me, and that English wasn't there first language.
