I ordered a framed, 30" x 40" canvas piece from Art.com early in Jan '21. My order arrived 12 days later. It was packaged well and easy to install with the included the hardware. It looks very nice on our bedroom wall (see photo). It also has a nice frame.
The product I got was digitally stretched vertically out of proportion. It does NOT match the website or the original artwork. When I complained, they said it matches and they expect me to pay for return shipping. Spent $450 and got something that I cannot live with. What a waste of time and money!

I bought two prints from art.com, despite bad reviews, because it literally is the only company that has the prints I needed for two gifts. Why is this company packaging in flimsy triangular boxes instead of hard drawing tubes?! The prints arrived--as many reviews warned they would--bent, misshapen, and terribly and probably irreparably dinged. I'm hoping with some ironing and framing, they won't be too noticeable, but this kind of package and shipment is unacceptable for a company whose primary business is shipping prints! If you can order from ANYWHERE else, do. UPDATE: Customer service was very helpful and they are sending replacements. Fingers crossed! I will update the review if they are not damaged!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them if you have any other options.

Here was my email to them. I received no response at all.
This was my first time ordering from you and I am sorry to say I will probably not order again. I think it is important to hear feedback.
I like the print but for the price the attention to detail and quality of the finished product is not there. There is a thread stuck inside that is pretty visible, there is a gap between the acrylic and the frame that is pretty noticeable and the frame itself has a chunk out of the wood that was painted over. If this was a $50 product I could look past these things. I am keeping it on my wall because it is my bedroom and only I can see these things for the most part, but you should make sure your end product is higher quality for the price point Sorry for the negative message but repeat business is important to you I would think.
We spent $200.00 on art work. All the prints were low quality. They were wrinkled beyond fixing and had major dented areas. It wasn't at all what they described it to be. Super disappointed! Will never buy or recommend them!
Tip for consumers:
Do not get scammed into buying from them.

I ordered a framed picture and it arrived with broken glass. It was not bubble wrapped although I paid $50 for shipping. I contacted them and they offered either a refund or another picture. I opted for another picture but asked that they bubble wrap it. They did not and it arrived broken. They will not give me a refund unless I mail it back to them at my expense. Do not buy from this company.

I am really disappointed in the artwork I received from ART.com. The quality of the print is poor. Online the prints look really good, however the prints I received were grainy and visible. This distracted from the artwork. Even though it was framed well, the framing material is cheap. I think the artwork you get from Kohl's or someplace similar is of better quality and I'm not just saying this, I am sincere. I've attached proof of purchase.
Tip for consumers:
Art.com states that no refund will be given unless there is damage or non-conformity. Who decides what non-conformity means? This vagueness means that art.com can decide that their art work conforms and therefore no refund will be given. In order to decide if it conforms or not you must return the art. Once art.com reviews, and if they decide that it 'conforms' they will return it to you at your cost. Most likely that means that the consumer will not receive a refund.

I bought a large, framed, canvas print for $350 back in October, 2022. Just 5 months later, all edges of the frame have separated. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded that we are outside the 45 day window and I can't return it. I didn't want to return it, but was hoping they would give some suggestions. I will not be ordering from them again and should have checked reviews before I ordered in the first place. Don't make the same mistake I made - there are many other good, reputable companies out there.
I decided to order 4 pieces to brighten a room. All are being sent separately. #1 was a wrapped canvas. It arrived scratched and badly placed on the stretcher, also a much duller print than the pic online. Called to return: they said "here's your refund; dispose of the canvas as you wish." Print 2 arrived: a large trimmed piece of mat was trapped inside the frame. Another refund. "Don't bother to return it." Who knows what the other 2 prints will be like? What a bizarre business model that allows terrible craftsmanship and that gives refunds without having goods returned. They know their products are trash. They're just hoping you don't notice!

There is some build/assembly time for the artwork that extends the "ship time" a bit.

Framed, canvas artwork (3 separate pieces in the last year).
We paid over $400.00 for a framed print (acrylic not glass). After just over a year, it's formed large, extremely visible bubbles beneath the print. The art is not exposed to either heat or cold, nor is it in direct sunlight. We reached out to Art.com, given their 100% satisfaction guarantee, but was told that's only valid for 60 days. Be warned.
Tip for consumers:
They will not guarantee their work after 60 days. Art should last longer than 2 months.

I should have read reviews before buying. I waited over a month for what was supposedly an in stock item only to be told a month later they are cancelling my order. That is so wrong on so many levels.
I've order from Art.com before and my print was bent but, I didn't say anything. Their return policy says " Absolutely free returns: No questions, no drama". This time I ordered two prints ruined in the mail (again) my order was almost $30. Since I ordered the prints I moved and now didn't have a place for them. I submitted photos on line for refund and said I didn't want them replaced, just refund. They send me refund of $18, $6 of which was shipping! I won't do business with them again. Be forewarned Incase you think you might need to send them back. You won't get your money back. I'm not happy. Bad way to do business!
Due to the delay on the order, I was not able to inspect the art before giving it to my friend as a birthday present. He opened the box and there it was, a poorly made framing job, sticking up like a thorn with no possible remedy other than a big apology. Stay away from this company
Over the years I have purchased many custom framed pieces of art from this company and their workmanship has always been excellent. It sensed that maybe the company had been sol as they no longer offered sales but didn't expect anything to be drastically different
I purchased a print on canvas and was shocked when I received it. The piece was sloppily stapled on the frame and a cheap sawtooth hanger was attached to the top, unlike the wire they've always used. I wound up keeping the piece, fo my regret, because it had taken me so long to find what I needed but every time I look at it, it just looks so cheap. I know I will replace soon. I surely will not buy from them again.
I placed an order and they ran my card 3 times, when I called to inform them they told me the other charges would drop off once my items shipped. Unacceptable, these 2 other charges should immediately be reversed.
I placed an order for a birthday present. Less than a week before it was supposed to arrive (more than ten days after placing the order) I got an email saying my order was cancelled, with no explanation. I called them, and was told that the frame I ordered was out of stock, and that they had tried to notify me by email. I checked all my spam folders and never got an email. They did not offer to do anything to make it right. I'm without birthday present for my wife.
I waited weeks for a piece I ordered. Finally they tell me it's back ordered. I cancelled. Ordered another piece, same thing. After 6 weeks I still have only 1 of 5 ordered and it's garbage! I was shocked when I opened it. The piece repeats at an interval that they left a portion of the next print on my edging, that overlaps the canvas. The hanger was one you could buy at Walmart and it was put on crooked. This place, along with their affiliate ALL POSTERS, should be run out of business. It's all crap!
Ordered a framed item... expected a few days to process, no issue with that. Paid for expedited shipping. 3-4 days. Fine print says 3-4 business days... my package has traveled 787 miles in 4 days. At 192 miles per day, i am generously including non business days, my package will probably be delivered in 11 more days. The tracking says in 4 more days, May 12... but I think that means another 12 days in the month of May. If I exclude non business days and give an extra day at the destination hub, My package should be delivered to the gift recipient no sooner than May 26. Expedited Bull Shat.

Do not pay for extra services...you are paying for nothing.

After paying extra for expedited shipping I received notification that my order would be delayed due to quality issues. When it finally arrived the print was dirty and not centered in the frame. No answer from customer service. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this poorly run company.
I ordered a poster from art.com. Paid $19 for OVERNIGHT for $30 something poster cause it's urgent for an event on Saturday. It said it will be arrive on August 30 somehow end up arriving on Sept 4 (that's 5 days late!) They don't say sorry and the attitude of the customer service are not nice and doesn't seem to care. This company is suck so bad! And their products not even that great.
I ordered 3 large posters which came to about 100$. Had to pay customs coming into Canada before Fedex would release them and then they were dropped off outside my door with the box pretty crushed at one end and posters too creased to hang. Although it wasn't exactly art.com's fault, except for the flimsy packaging, I didn't think I'd get any help from them based on all the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised though with the prompt customer service I got from Marley after contacting them by email. My posters were replaced and I didn't have to wait too long for them. It seems the business is run with a lot of automated communication, but you can reach a human when needed. They are selling pretty reasonably priced prints and it was the only shop where I could find all the prints that I wanted. Am happy it worked out.
I ordered a custom framed print. The first delay was due to their accounting department not posting my PayPal payment. Then my order was delayed because they were out of stock on UV Non-glare acrylic with no estimated delivery date for this essential product. I then cancelled my order.
I have to say though that the customer service people are fantastic. Seasoned professionals even right after being hit by the recent hurricane. Brava, ladies, brava!
I have ordered quite a few items from Art.com with mixed results. Most of the items were fantastic (very vivid lush colors printed on thick quality paper), but some were shockingly amateurish (blurry and faded colors on cheap, thin and frustratingly warped paper.
It's interesting how many reviews I read that complained about the customer service. When I needed to return items, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. In fact, they said I wouldn't need to return the item at all while providing a full refund. This is why I keep going back; this type of Rockstar customer service makes me feel much more confident about ordering images I love.
Tip for consumers:
Just treat the representatives with patience and respect and I believe you will be pleased with the outcome.

Ordered 3 canvas prints of photos. One was delivered. Had to contact customer service to find out the other two photos cannot be printed and then request a refund. They are not proactive in notifying customers of these issues and seem that they would rather hold your money instead of being forthright. I've used them several times before with no issues. I will not be back.
Tip for consumers:
Monitor your orders to make sure everything is received.
After repeated attempts to obtain help logging into the art.com site and receiving curt and unhelpful responses, I am baffled that these people are still in business! Is there an owner there that cares about the business? Reads reviews? I am shopping online a great deal on a current project and have no issues with Amazon, Ballard Designs, Grandinroad, Wayfair, Crate and Barrel, Williams Sonoma, CB2, Pottery Barn and everyone except Home Depot, whose website isn't responsive (the people are friendly and helpful though). Shameful! And it is so frustrating for potential customers looking for help finding their account information.
