Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.

Poor fitting dentures and got mad when I wanted them fixed. High turnover, multiple dentists. I tried to explain what I had been thru with previous dentist but they didn't care. My upper was sharp all the way around yet this was my fault? They offered me my money back if I walked out without the dentures. Who knows how long the refund would take or how much it would be for. I had learned by this time getting my money back may or may not happen. So I was expected to leave their office with no teeth, knowing it would take weeks or months to get new ones somewhere else. My health was at stake and they knew it. The continual lies, broken appointments, bad fitting dentures is just a crime. They don't care!

Shoddy dentures at premium prices. Over $2,000.00 for full dentures and the bottom plate broke after only 7 months. Lousy fit to start with (2 months of pain and deformation), now this and to top it all off, I called Fri night telling them that a crack had started. By Sat morning, it broke completely. Expected a call Monday morning, but by 10am, no call so I went to the office. No technician to do the repair (death in her family, my condolences to her and her family.) I will have to wait at least a week. Large business with NO back up plans for staff absences. Thank goodness I had a back up plan, 20 yr old dentures from Affordable Dentures that aren't broken and lasted through over 10 yrs!

I will likely have to go to Affordable Dentures and pay for yet another set of dentures.

I had $9000 worth of Dental Work done. Denat work was fine. Paid for it in full prior to work being done. 1 month after work completed got a bill for $1316. Went to office (Tried calling 888 number and got no help from anyone). Office said yes I had paid in full and was issued a receipt. I was upset over getting bill and told them specifically that I didn't want to get another bill saying I owed money. I was assured that would not happen. Today I got another bill this time for $1088. Called again. On hold for over 30 minutes. Spoke with a woman who said she could not help me. Her records show a $0 Balance. Couldn't figure out why I got a bill. My worry now is that I will soon be contacted by a Collection Agency saying I have not paid. Dental work fine. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A TERM THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH. Not worth the headache of dealing with their office. Plenty of other Dental Offices that are willing to help you.

The schedulers, office manager, and font desk are rude, and disorganized. They canceled a wisdom tooth extraction with no reason and never called with the cancellation, when asked they just said there are no notes in the chart, and we will need to schedule for November. This is a case where we are on antibiotics every other month for an infection and physicians are concerned of antibiotic resistance. Aspen dental is aware of this fact. They did not call us regarding the insurance estimate we had to track a person down through customer service and yet the chart was not updated to represent insurance. There is no follow up in this office! There is no customer service in this office!

Because of Aspen Dental in Oneonta Ny I am going to be spending $14,000 to fix what they've done and hopefully regain some of the self confidence I lost in their office…. They never fixed the problem and only made it worse and then sent me a letter stating I am no longer allowed to go to any of their offices. I WISH I would have known them what I know now…. Horrible place…..

I went to Aspen Dentist in Kernersville NC for an exam and cleaning. The dental assistant wanted to put a blue light in my mouth to check for cancer for $30. There is no such device. I waited 22 minutes for the dentist to show. He then took me to another room where I waited 35 minutes for the office/finance lady She tried to charge me $210 and sneak a $130 toothbrush and add it to a $80 copay. I later checked and the deep cleaning and exam are fully covered by insurance. Then I had to come back the next day for the cleaning. The Ins co. Said the DDS should refund the bogus copay. Please do not send me a scripted response. The Aspen company will not contact anybody back.

The Merritt Island office in Florida is HORRIBLE. My 97 year old father decided he wanted dentures and they gladly took him up on it. OK, no problem, Afterall it was his decision to go through with it. However, my dad sadly passed away August 10th BEFORE he could get all the work done. He paid ALL of it up front, over 7800.00 dollars. I have asked for a refund ONLY of what my father could not have completed due to his death. Aspen Dental of Merritt Island, Florida will NOT answer my calls, emails or certified letter. The corporate office said to send the DC and a refund will be issued. This is not true. They are money hungry, ruthless, heartless and they are crooks for the way they are handling the situation. This is a lowdown dirty way to handle business and treat the patient and patients family. I do not think it is unreasonable to ask on behalf of my father's estate to be refunded for what he paid for, but could not get because he passed away. They know how to contact me. They know I am the daughter of Mr. Anderson.

This place is a scam. My insurance is Medicare Advantage, which has a little bit of dental and a little vision, so I thought it was the right pick for insurance coverage. Medicare Advantage doesn't let you pay out of pocket, and the dentist will get into trouble if they see someone that has Medicare Advantage. When I looked at doctor's offices that take Medicare Advantage the only one in town was Aspen Dental. My original dentist(who is a family dentist that I trusted), stopped taking Medicare Advantage because it was so hard to get the money from Medicare Advantage. I went to Aspen dental, one of my front teeth is a crown and it's breaking. I know I need it replaced. They wanted to replace it with an implant, which probably is what it needs. The also want to replace all of my upper teeth with implant's, my teeth are a liitle bit wiggly. They wanted to charge me $9,000 dollar"s just for the replacement of my front tooth. I spoke with the Aspen Dental person that set's up the payment plan's.They rush you through the process because your so emtional with what they just told you about what's wrong your teeth. She set me up with their in house Payment plan, which they will do for anyone that walks in the door. Bad credit? No problem. My credit is fine. By the time she put in discount's and my insurance it came to about $5,000 which she put on a five year payment plan. Thank God it was the weekend. I had two days to think about it over the weekend. I don't have any bills that I'm paying off at this time. On Saturday I was in such a bad black mood because I set up this payment plan. I could't even get out of bed from the stress. They give you 5 days to cancel the contract. I canceled it on Monday. My mood changed to being totally happy. I'm switching to Original Medicare, which doesn't have any dental, but I can pay out of pocket. I'm going to see my regular dentist in January when I change my policy. My front tooth is probably going to break before then, but I'm going to wait and look horrible until January and pay out of pocket. Don't be fooled. All they want is money, and they don't care how they do it. I would give them no star's, but I want people to get see this review.

I have been a live for 52 years, and this is the very worse dentist I have ever had been to. First, I showed up at 9 am for a 10 am appointment for an infected tooth along with sever pain. The lady had no idea how to find my insurance until 1030am which I missed my appointment and was asked to come back a 2. I came back at 2 pm and didnt get seen until 3 pm. I got my x-rays and was put in a room for another 30 minutes. Then a Hygienist came in and started to check my teeth, which I didnt come in for a exam. While she was doing the unwanted job she was very fast and poor at her job so much that she gave two teeth that I dont even have in my head because I was born without two top teeth. Then I waited another 15 to 20 minutes for the dentist to check out my infected tooth and told me that he couldnt do anything to relieve my pain except give me more meds which he forgot to write the prescription. Then I was put in another room for another 20 minutes. Then a lady came and got me to give me my care plan. I was in complete amazement about the cost of $856 plus $1823 after the insurance. I also received quote for deep cleaning for $1312 for the first half and $1424 for the second half of the cleaning when the hygienist when was incompetent by giving numbers for teeth that was not present for my entire life. Along with $112 two fillings. They said I could not get my pain relived until I paid the hygienist bill and I had to wait for a specialist to do the root canal. To top it off I got an email thanking for my visit for implants which I never inquired about. So I decide to get a second opinion the next day. Which I am glad I did because I got my pain relieved by a competent dentist for $900 for a root canal with a crown include. This dentist office is complete scam and takes advantage of the elderly people. Beware and stay clear the bad reviews about this office is Definity true.
Tip for consumers:
Beware and stay far away. This office will waste you day, not attend to your needs and try to scam you hard earned cash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outrageous pricing, automatically set you up with most expensive then want you to go in house financing. When you ask for a return call... GOOD LUCK. Waited 3 weeks. Made my own appt then once I got there the receptionist embarrassed me saying very loudly that I had to have $2400 for impressions.which are covered by my insurance. Needless to say I left without even seeing the dentist. Been a huge waste of time. However the dentist was nice. Staff is inadequate and rude. Not impressed at all. Wouldn't take my dog. Big name, short on customer service. Huge disappointment.

Took my son there for tooth pain and will never go back. All they wanted to do was a root canal for thousand of dollars that would have to be out of pocket and I might get reimbursed from my insurance. Would not even look at the tooth or help my son with the pain. All they wanted was money. Worst dental place I've ever been to

Worst business I've ever dealt with. Went to them because they were in network with my insurance company. They verified they were. Submitted claim and they were paid what my explanation of benefit amount stated, I paid my amount according to the explanation of benefits, then they balance billed me for the entire amount, saying Aspen Dental is in network - BUT THEIR DENTISTS AREN'T! If I was told that up-front I would have walked out! Currently in collection! GOOD LUCK! NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL! SAM

HORRIBLE - scheduled cleaning for my daughter & they didn't have time to do it, wanted a second appointment. They only do xrays on the first visit & want to bill your insurance twice. No communication that the cleaning I scheduled on the phone with them was not for a cleaning! If I could give a zero, I would... go to a real dentist office!
Tip for consumers:
They didn't even have a dental hygienist there on the day of our visit & no one bothered to tell us until the visit was "over".

I went to Aspen Dental for a deep cleansing. I have dental insurance. I was quoted $752.00 for the cleansing. I paid $752.00. The insurance paid their portion 2 weeks later. Total charges $1135.00. My responsibility was $417.00. I overpaid them $335.00. I tried calling to speak to the office manager twice. The calls were routed to several people who put me on hold. I went in and was informed it man at take as long as a year to get my refund. Why should I allow them to hold my money in a bank to draw interest? I had the procedure done in March and it is now May and I still don't have my refund. I wish I had investigated before I chose this dental clinic.
Tip for consumers:
I think they could have quoted me a more accurate price for the service. I think I was intentionally over charged so that they could use hold the refund for interest.

I went to Aspen dental 2 months ago to get my tooth pulled. I had already been to another dentist first but they don't pull teeth so I found Aspen. First appt was just xrays and consult. Scheduled to come back for extraction. When I arrived they took me back and took my blood pressure which was a little high, under the circumstances it shouldn't be a factor. They said I had to come back because of my BP. They can't do procedures with my BP high. So I rescheduled again. Second time the same thing happened and they said they need Dr. To provide what medications I take and it had to be sent directly from the dr. This time I contacted my primary to get Aspen the info they needed. Called back to reschedule, once I knew it was recieved, and the lady said she can't schedule me till the Dentist reviews my medications and gives the ok. That was 2 weeks ago and NO ONE has called to reschedule me. The most frustrating part is I have never had a dentist take my BP nor deny me service because it was a little high.

In January I went to Aspen and was told I needed a crown. When I went to get the temporary the girl who worked on me was sick. Coughing and congested. When she put in my temporary she put the cement all over the back of the two teeth next to the one she was working on. I had to ask her to clean them off. She did a half $#*! job. When my tooth was ready the next incompetent worker tried to pull the temp off. It had so much cement on it it wasn't moving. I told her it was hurting me and asked for pain med. She got syringe ready and then said wait I think I can get it. She used what seemed like plyers and smashed my tooth into many small pieces. Some going down my throat and choking me. This chipped the tooth next to the one they were working on. The new crown was put on. I have pain in the new crown for weeks. I went to a new dentist and was told that they had left a margin near my gum and had exposed nerves that was what the pain was from. I went to aspen and talked to Deon, the office manager. In-between her Potatoe chips she was eating she said she would check with the owner and the dentist to see what could be done. 3 days later I had to chase down an answer. She said I would get a full refund and It would be taken off my insurance. My insurance will not pay for it to get fixed because there is already a claim on this tooth. It took 3 months to get my refund and it still hasn't come off my insurance, The office manager was no help. I had to call and go there numerous times. At one-point Deone actually rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional.
Needless to say I will never step foot in that horrible business. I have called the billing department and get the run around every time. A call is usually a 20-minute wait to talk to a person. I'm assuming because the business is so bad they have so many complaints.
Bad business! Stay away!

I requested an estimate for dentures when scheduling my appointment. I specifically inquired about ensuring that my insurance would approve the cost. Following up two days later, I was assured that the insurance would indeed cover the procedure. On the day of the appointment, I reiterated my concern about coverage and was once more reassured. Even as I settled into the dental chair, I sought confirmation that it was still covered and received the same response. However, a week or two later, I was surprised to receive a bill indicating that the procedure was not covered. Trusting their expertise, I believe that I should not be liable for payment, adding to the ongoing dilemma.

They will do everything in their power to deny you owed refunds. This company's business practices are criminal! They refuse to resolve issues that should easily be satisfied. Went the BBB route.
