Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Even though I've taken very good care of my phone, I've had it three years and with the constant invitation from the company AT&T to upgrade I just knew my phone was over and done. The tech that provided the service call, the customer service that I received over the phone, was outstanding! It was glad to see that professionalism still exist in the workplace. It is a rarity that you see young people work with kindness, respect, knowledgeable, and just handling the business like they want to continue to pay a bill I tipped my hat to this company. I applaud the young people it makes you want to deal with the workplace again good work. Oh and of course my phone looks like a brand new phone. I am so happy thank you Asurion

My iPhone 14 Pro Max screen cracked, but the AT&T protection plan made filing a claim super easy. They sent techs to my house, and within 15 minutes, my screen was completely fixed. Both technicians were quick, professional, and efficient. 10/10 service!

Some buttons/ functions on phone would not respond to touching them. It was easy to schedule a same day appointment. Tech was even able to come earlier than scheduled which worked out better for me. Tech came to my apartment and fixed my phone in under 30 minutes with no hassle. Greatest service/ experience ever

Nothing. I am very happy with the ease of starting the claim. I love the fact that there is an option for an insurance agent to come to you if need be, however; we chose to take it into a shop near us. The tech who serviced my son's phone was patient with him while he was trying to explain what was going on. My son is 11 by the way. He had it fixed and ready within a couple hours of dropping off. Just excellent service all the way around.

I wish there were more techs like him. Great job... the store tech needs replaced he refused to fix my phone I drove almost an hour. Just to hear I'm by myself and I'm not doing it. My only complaint.

I had to replace my screen after a standard iOS update bricked my screen. The program is solid. Very quick and easy. The only downside was they installed a non OEM screen that I can tell isn't as bright. Apple says there could be issues with some functionality but besides that I'm pleased

I filed a claim for my broken screen and got it all taken care of by Mr. Ruben ( Technician). He made sure I was back up and running in no time. I have never met anyone with such outstanding work ethic and such a great attitude. He made my day amd made it so easy to work with. This man deserves more than 5 stars, he is awesome. The gentleman that did my claim were extremely helpful and did more than I expected. Ive always had bad experiences with insurance and getting the run around but both were honest and explained everything to me. My policy cover the screen but no water damage and explained what will happen if I get have water damage. They also helped me figure out where I was going in Denver and wrote down directions while they worked on my phone. It was nice of them to offer and do that for me. Worth driving into Denver or waiting on the repair

I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

Asurion representative texted first thing in the am to confirm. Was responsive to later questions I had in the morning. He arrived at my office during the range given. Took my phone and handed it back a little while later looking brand new. Pleasant attitude, perfect experience!

I had my phone screen replaced this afternoon via mobile tech. My tech, Casey H., was kind, prompt, and extremely helpful.
He fixed my screen, gave me tips on how to prolong my battery life AND replaced screws that were missing from the previous work I had done 2 years prior.
You can tell Casey cares for his job and enjoys fixing devices for customers - while demonstrating his awesome tech skills.

The service tech was extremely well mannered, very knowledgeable and expressed an excellent work-ethic. The gentleman had his day planned and was working very diligently to maintain a schedule. He called ahead to make sure it was ok to arrive 2 hours early, explained his reasoning & was at my front door in 10 minutes. He replaced the phone screen within 10 minutes of his arrival, completed the ticket and was ready to go in no time. I was very impressed with this young man's performance and attitude.

Ive had to file two claims for my phone now this year. Both times we so simple and so fast that it was almost like i was never without my phone. When filing, the questioning was minimal and quick. Payment of the deductible goes right onto my phone bill so its not needed right away. Then the phone was delivered to my door in under 48 hours. Asurion is great and they take care of there customers! Thank you!

I did what we have all done -- dropped my phone and it had a crack across the screen. While I had insurance, I thought I needed to go to the one AT&T company store here to have it repaired. When I went online to figure out how to make an appointment, I discovered an Asurion tech would come to me. I work in an art gallery. He arrived in the selected time window, took my phone to his van, and brought it back 45 minutes later (still within the 2-hour time window), looking new. He was friendly, professional, and my phone seems brighter than before although the brightness setting has not changed. At a time when attempting to handle many service requirements seems to include unnecessary aggravation, this customer service could not have been better. I am thrilled by the service.
