Greetings, 1. We can create the account under your name or we can send you one that is already created under different details. 2. The $500/$1000 is the maximum you can sell a month that eBay gives all sellers. Normally a way around this is to use multiple accounts. Not only can you sell more, but if one account gets a 7 day suspension, the other accounts would still be up and running. 3. We do accept debit card for sure! We also accept, Paypal, bitcoins, Skrill & a couple of other services that many customers requested. Thanks!
