The purchasing process went pretty good. I felt like I got the cover at a decent price. The only concern I had was when it showed it had shipped via FedEx, but FedEx tracking showed they had never received the package. I found out the shipping info was supplied by the manufacturer, Undercover! A few days later it showed up at my house, delivered by Pilot, not FedEx. Overall, I'm satisfied with the transaction! The cover was easy to install, about 2 hours, and it fit perfectly!

Its my fault, I should have checked the reviews before purchasing anything from them. My order has not been shipped in over 2 weeks now and I have to wait for them to find a time to get me an update on my order or refund. This site is a total scam.

I ordered a cargo mat for my specific make of vehicle. It didn't come close to fitting. Contacted the company and sent pictures. I did this within minutes of receiving it. They said it looked used and would not do anything. Wish I had read the reviews first. What a sorry company.

We ordered floor mats allegedly designed specifically for our model. The mats were poorly made and did not fit the car in several places. In fact, it was necessary to remove the floor mats to use some of the automobile's features. Despite the claim on the website of "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund.", after several communications with the Seller, we received a partial refund of slightly over 50% of the purchase price - So much for "100% satisfied".
Customer service called me because I have different billing and shipping addresses. Guy was super creepy about it, kept asking why I live in Florida, and why I am currently working in Memphis. Real over the line conversation. I finally told them to just give me a refund. I feel like that guy is going to visit my house based on the fascination he had with my personal information. He didn't have a question relating to my order, just wanted to ask personal details about my life and what properties were vacant. Um, no thanks serial killer.
When you check out the code for the coupon they offer doesn't even reflect 10%. Yet the click bait indicates 20%. It is a complete lie and You should definitely shop around. Do not even waste time chatting with a customer rep. They don't honor their own coupons.

I ordered weather tech mats for our keep, when my husband installed them they didn't fit properly leaving gaps on the sides. I phoned customer service and they requested photos which I sent. I waited a few days heard nothing from them, I phoned again and was told that they didn't receive the photos and asked for more. I resent the photos and still nothing from auto accessories garage. I was then contacted via email from Affirm saying my payment was late, I still owed 15% restocking fee, return postage and 29.99% interest for the days I was waiting to hear from auto accessories garage. The end result was I ended up paying affirm $72.50 for a product I never used and was clearly defective. If I didn't pay they would report to the credit bureau. When I am paying over $300.00 for a product I expect it to be perfect.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered front and rear mud flaps for my truck $198. Not cheap. The front did not fit. I called customer service. They wanted me to take pictures and a video showing they do not fit. What a bunch of BS. It gets better. You as the customer need to pay to return any items. They make you call and talk to their high school drop out customer service staff. It's like talking to a loaf of bread.

I purchased a full set of husky floor mats for my wife's car. I received tracking info on my order that I could not track. The tracking info does not show up on UPS website. I emailed their customer service and they informed me they are waiting on the shipping company for the updated tracking info. Isn't that their responsibility? One of my items showed up 6 days later. Still missing the remaining two items I ordered with no tracking information.

They apparently don't stock anything and everything is shipped from manufacturer. The item I ordered was estimated to be shipped within a few days. After a week had passed, I contacted them to find they were on backorder from the manufacturer. Weeks later I received a shipping estimate of several weeks out and out of curiosity I went back and looked at the product page on their website and the shipping date for new purchases was updated to just a week so they are deceiving others.

DON'T buy their products. Their products do NOT have the quality they promote. They have no credibility whatsoever. The description of their products is NOT related to that of the manufacturer. Representatives misguide customers when making a claim. The worst company for car products.
They kept me waiting for a response for more than 3 weeks giving misleading information about the claim until the very last minute I contacted the warranty staff who were not aware of any claim until I called. They explained the details of the product that does not match what the seller is advertising in their public web page in terms of weight.

Do not order from this company. Prices are cheaper elsewhere. I ordered a $900.00 Bedcover and when it was time to ship 4 weeks later I checked on it only to find out 2 week delay. 2 weeks later I called to check and they said another 3 weeks. Canceled my order. Same with some vent visors I ordered shipping delayed. I ordered from Amazon and found both items cheaper and received them quickly.
Ordering takes forever and after few days, you wait order to be shipped, but instead you get email that order can not be complete up to 60 days. Requested refund, but refund takes another 5-6 business day, and another 5-6 business days to receive you money back. What is that?

Purchased a soft tri fold tonneau cover, Tonno Pro for my 2022 F150. Had this same type of tonneau cover for 13 yrs on my other truck and never had a problem. This tonneau cover when it rains bows with deep pooling water between spacer bars, enough water laying on it you cannot lift it to open it. When I contacted this company they said it is normal and water will come off when vehicle gets driven and refuse to exchange it. The material is either poor quality or the spacer bars are not correctly placed but they said it was installed and now used so they refuse to do a return for an exchange. How can you find out that something is wrong with the item if you don't put it on and try it out! Buyer Beware.
I tried to order a hitch receiver off their site. It stated if I ordered by 2 PM it would ship same-day. I received the ball in 2 days, but no receiver. I called and asked where it was as the online tracking said the order was "delivered". She told me it's not their fault as they only get one tracking number. So even if only 1 part of the order is shipped, it is completed out. Like this is my problem as a customer? I'm supposed to track their stuff for them? Ten days and three chat/calls later and I finally got an update, "Part back in stock on the 15th". Now on the 20th, I gave up. When I called to cancel, the same smart $#*! girl from the previous two calls told me I couldn't expect "normal" shipping and availability with the pandemic. Seriously? Smug af. I'm supposed to know which parts you actually have and can get, and which you don't/can't? If only they posted the in-stock status on their site. What a crazy concept.

I ordered a bull bumper for a 2021 truck and they sent one that wasn't even close to that year. I requested a return and they want a 20% restocking fee and for me to pay shipping. This comes to almost half the price of the product I ordered. This is nothing more than a scam to get your money. I would not recommend doing business with them.
Horrible customer service and the employees don't know anything about the product. When you go to return the item they charge you restocking and shipment when the employee misinformated you and they can see it. Stay away. The sell the items on Amazon cheaper.
What a joke. Sent wrong plow, broke after two standard uses, blamed it on the advertisement, then said the warranty wouldn't cover a problem. Manufacturer said AutoAccessories made the mistake and falsely advertised. Customer service b-sed for weeks, ignored calls, then said they couldn't do anything, even though they made the mistake. What a ripoff. Visa agreed. These guys are pretty shameless.
I recently bought seat covers for my 2018 truck and they wasn't correct so I'm being charged 70 bucks for a restock and return fee. Totally disagree with their ways. There's better places to order.
I will never deal with these jokers again. Horrible experience and bad customer service. Again, do yourselves a favor and don't buy anything from them.
