How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at AutoLoss?

I had a horrible experience over the phone. Only time I ever called, I was yelled at by Monica (owner), she never stopped interrupting to even ask my question, stating she needs 24-48hr to answer any questions and prefers email only I was just calling to try clarify an email she had sent me. So, Im waiting 24-48 to get an email to a question, I never got to ask, I guess. Since I wasnt allowed to speak to anyone else and 7 mins is taking too much of her time.

Very easy. Monica answered the phone. She's very friendly and took the time to help me. You can tell she cares about her clients.

Easy from 8-4 someone always answered the phone. Jesses or dean were very helpful too
