Very legit says my check for over $5000. State Farm sucks

They are a scam and Monica will do everything she can to not honor her guarantee that is assigned agreement

So far, they don't provide any supporting information to back their appraisal. They claim to have "numerous full-time staff members to help with any questions", only have had 1 contact (owner Monica). Whom has horrible customer service and was literally yelling on the phone for calling instead of emailing.
