Very legit says my check for over $5000. State Farm sucks

So far, they don't provide any supporting information to back their appraisal. They claim to have "numerous full-time staff members to help with any questions", only have had 1 contact (owner Monica). Whom has horrible customer service and was literally yelling on the phone for calling instead of emailing.
