Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company

I was a frequent customer, but did not order for awhile. When i returned, I found some idiot "improved" the web site. When i tried my most recent order on line, the response was "we don't ship to APO's." How is Las Vegas an APO? After three tries, I called the number.
Wait! There's More! The phone rep was perfect, but I soon received a notice the pars I needed were not available. Don't the computers tell you what is in stock?
It will be a LONG time before I make an order from Autoparts Warehouse in the future. I think it has something to do with hell and a cold Front! Thanks for nothing!

Why would a large company push the smaller shops out? They sent a letter stating they will no longer deliver parts. We can order them but must pick them up. Pricing is of course way more then other shops. Now your purchasing ATA and we still can't get parts delivered or good pricing. Why are you discriminating against the small businesses?
A week later after ordering still nothing. Called to cancel will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours to send me an acknowledgement of cancellation Who does business like this presume it is a message service out of India, Fortunately they had not billed my credit card yet
I've been a comparative shopper all my life! And after I wrecked by D-100 door I went online to purchase another one. Had a piece of paper and wrote down all prices for the door I could find online. Auto Part Warehouse saved me money by free shipping and handling as all their competition companys do. Not only that, faster shipping also!
When a listing says "In Stock" software needs to confirm against a current, accurate stocking level database. Have ordered brake rotors only to get email saying "We regret to inform you we are "out of stock"..." Problem is at corporate level, US Auto Parts. Have had same issue with carparts.com for same rotors, another US Auto Parts site.
I ordered My car cover on Thursday and after three days there is still no shipping information for me. I would Have ordered the cover through another company if I knew that it could not be shipped the next business day.
Good price on this product and cools good it seems, solved my cooling problem for now. Very difficult to install with the inlet not removable like the factory one. Pulled it as a complete unit with the fan and radiator together. Very hard. Next time if I have to pull radiator fan will just remove the intake lower manifold first. Much quicker and do not have to work under the car long, just to remove fan electrical plug and the lower bolts holding it on. Removing the turbo piping and battery tray did not help at all.
John (ext. 1320) was terrific! Helped implement a price match for me, helped with computer issues and said he would try to get priority delivery for my A/C condenser that I ordered today. He was patient and very helpful! Excellent!
Ordered using online system with correct car model and received a part for a different car. When I went to get it replaced, I was told that their system identified the wrong part number and they could not provide me with the proper part. They did refund my purchase but here I am 12 days after ordering and I have to start all over again. Poor service
I ordered a radiator for my Suburban about 2 years ago and about two weeks ago I noticed it was leaking so I called customer service and after verifying some previous customer account info they shipped out a new radiator without charging me fore a core or anything out of pocket! I have bought parts from them before and they stand behind there parts and provide excellent customer service. Just a great company to get all of your Auto parts from!

Price was good, but after 3 days the order was still processing and was not planned to be shipped. I cannot wait that long to get brake pads so I just cancelled order. I'll have my pads today from a local store
I ordered a bumper cover in October 2018 and was then billed for two of them? I contacted Auto Parts Warehouse about the mistake and was not given a response. They have been totally dismissive and not willing to make things right. STILL trying to get a refund for the double credit card charge..
Overall best selection of parts, unbelievable low prices and extraordinary service. I saved $300-$400 replacing OE brakes on my 2010 Camaro. Not cheap after market parts but original replacement on rotors and upgraded pads. Only place I will purchase parts from now on. Highly organized and super quick delivery. Its nice to be able to order something online and actually receive exactly what you expected before expecting it. Under promised and over delivered.
I have always received great service from APW. Their wonderful website and competitive pricing kept me coming back. Today was even better. The rep was genuinely interested in helping me and spent nearly one-hour with me (my insistence) looking for alternatives. He found me a much cheaper alternative when compared to the eBay part my mechanic suggested. He then gave me his extension number and encourage me to call him directly and he would try and apply an additional discount for any future purchases.

The ordering and purchasing of my product could not of been any easier. I just put the make and model of my vehicle in and a couple of clicks later I have all 4 rotors and brakes shipped free. If your broke down, better stay with your local parts house. If you have a project car and know what works and what dosen't, you can save a few bucks here. The parts is just what you get. Nothing more. If your looking for parts advice, then this place is not for you. I needed 2 doors, a hood, and some other minor parts for my project truck. The body parts were just what I expected. Plain and needing primer and prepping. It took some patience with cust. Service on the brake rotors. Turned out the part # was wrong on the site by a #. Still saved a few hundered over major performance parts sites. They saved me just over a grand in the suspension parts I needed. Now take in mind i'm building a working truck, not a 1/4 mile racer.
