We've had very positive experiences with Backmarket. Items arrived within a week and shipping was free. They have a 30 day return policy but I don't know if you have to pay return shipping. Honestly if the return is just because you change your mind I think it's fair for the consumer to pay the return shipping!

It's a scam! I was basically robbed! Do not do business with back market I don't recommend it
